lol at h3ro in the lin thread...baiting people with the based god picture. And DY/BR still going in on people in there. smh, you guys are too old for that.

Simmons' linsanity mailbag, http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/7579097/linsanity-bag was dope because of:

(PS: Did you notice Houston was awarded the 2013 NBA All-Star Game last week? My buddy House is convinced that was Stern's way of apologizing for screwing the Rockets over. It's like Warden Norton letting Andy Dufresne shine his shoes right after he killed Andy's buddy who could have testified that Andy was innocent, and throwing Andy in the hole for two months for calling him "obtuse." Sorry about what happened, Houston — here, shine my shoes with the 2013 All-Star Game!)

But for real. Stern fucked us with that Knicks pick. Shit is not looking good, unless Pringles checks out again shit is gonna be worthless.

plus :
I have enough faith in Carmelo's basketball DNA to say this with complete confidence: He will rise to the occasion. He will. You watch. This will not be HHH 2.0.

which is true. He's gonna show all you haterz

Come to Best India.

You people realiz per is a statistical formula not his personal rankings right? In plenty of articles/chats/columns etc he has put a lower per guy over a higher per guy. Don't be a troll

You also realize that in 99% of cases he actually believes PER is the definitive statement, right?

Pretty pumped for tonight.

I'm curious how Lin will do against our PG's...

The Knicks are still the Knicks. And Bron Bron always does well in meaningless regular season statement games. Plus the Heat are in the middle of a winning streak so expect for the Heat to embarrass the Knicks and make it a boring game.

That said, of course I'll watch the game just for the remote possibility that Lebron lays an egg against Lin/Melo.

Knicks players that didn't play last meeting against the Heat:

Jeremy Lin
Carmelo Anthony
JR Smith
Steve Novak
Baron Davis

RUH ROH

Master Jedi Chosen One has spoken.

Damage control before the game even starts?

I like a man of your style.

So if Lebron does well its only because he always does good in "statement games", even though this is only the Knicks? But if he does bad, it proves whatever crackpot motive you already may have had against him?

Cool.

Wow Denver is two games ahead of .500?? I know they some injuries but sheesh, I thought they'd be few more games ahead than that.

That's what happens when you play in the West.

Meanwhile, Indiana's record. Proof that fuckbrawl works.

they literally lost their best two players tho

not every team is good enough to weather that storm like the knicks

Is that really what I said? I thought I was rather clear. It's not about proving anything.

I stated what is likely to happen. Yet I still choose to watch for the hopes I'm wrong as I would take much satisfaction in seeing Lebron sully himself.

If that hurts your sense of well being, then you don't want to be around me come playoff time.

The Knicks have a chance to win if they have more points than the Heat do at the end of regulation or overtime.

Edit: Wow, Red Blaster. Wow.

I'm a Knicks fan and I expect them to get demolished tonight. I'll be surprised if they ever get within single digits in the second half.
