It seems we complain about the poorly worded questions every week but this has to be one of the absolute worst.

It's asking who the tallest driver in F1 of all time is right?

edit: If so all I know is it isn't Massa or Lauda.

Actually the tallest driver doesn't appear to be on the list either..

Tallest was Justin Wilson at 6"3
Shortest was sato at 5"3

Edit: although i have no idea who John love is & cant find his height any where

not sure I trust wiki answers on this...

John Love from Rhodesia was like 4 feet 9 inches. He raced in the sixties and seventies and his best finish was 2nd place at the 1967 Grand Prix of South Africa.

I actually prefer the "use it anywhere" idea mentioned by Jerk to that of vanilla DRS. With the DRS zone you know exactly where the overtake is coming from, and it's either easy to defend from or impossible (usually based on the track). With S-DRS (Sneaky DRS!) a driver with skill could choose exactly where to attack (and combine it with a full dose of KERS) leading to a far more varied bunch of overtakes.
I'm up for this, but I doubt it would ever happen.

Much like Alonso.
And unlike Vettel.

Edit: Needless troll is needless.

There was some pretty awesome overtakes last year which didn't include DRS.

Webber around Alonso on Eau Rouge wasn't DRS or KERS, was it? I fail to see that there ;)

Hadn't realised that Mark is close to seven foot tall, truly a god amongst men.
Like a boss.

At one stage, I seem to remember both Webber and someone else were the two tallest drivers in the same team. Was it Christian Klein? I seem to remember it being when MW was at Jag, but not sure.

Theyve fixed the bonus question! Theyre asking who the shortest is! :P
Sato was the smallest I knew about, but he isnt on the list!

John Love
apparently is the shortest at 4ft 9 - but we cant really find any reliable sources to prove this.

Which means they probably don't have reliable sources either and put him on the list based on that link posted earlier.

Race started off a bit boring (glum track plodding along first half), but that second half was ELECTRIC. Just pure madness. Also, BBC commentators need to be a bit more enthusiastic and on the ball. I felt they could have given the race more energy and draw. At times it was like...yeap he overtook him. Oh, he just passed by, could be a bit of a race now etc. No real passion, excitement and fire. Not till the latter half anyway, which other commentators might have gone completely Barney over.

How big is Alex Wurz?
I just remember the talk about him, that the engineers had to rebuild the car for him, as he was way larger than the average driver.

is going with williams on engine and chasis and maldonado and senna a good bet for a team?

puting most of my money on chasis or engine has not paid enough.

i had mclaren last race as chasis and the rest was marussia =(

News round:

Boullier: It’s getting more frustrating for Lotus

“It’s getting more frustrating for us as we are clearly very close to achieving a very good result,” Team Principal Boullier admitted after the race. “12 laps before the end of today’s race we had one car in P2 and one car in P5 with no more pit-stops to go. Unfortunately, we were a little bit too aggressive with our strategy.

“As soon as we understood some cars were doing three stops it was clear there was potential for us to finish on the podium, but we were not expecting the tyre wear to be as high as it was. For Romain the strategy worked, for Kimi it did not. The positives from this weekend are that we continue to show good qualifying and race pace with the E20 and we were capable of fighting for a podium finish with Kimi.”

...

“It was a very good first full race for Romain,” Boullier added. “One slow stop and one mistake when fighting with Mark (Webber) for position meaning he ran on the marbles cost him two positions; he recovered very well from that and his pace was very consistent.”

I hope Boullier fires himself as consequence for this result.

F1: Ferrari eyes big step forward for Barcelona

"The next big developments will arrive in Barcelona, although at every race the team is making improvements and we know already that the main problem is aerodynamics.

"It's a car that also has its virtues, as it adapts well to the wet and also warms up the tyres well, but it is a car with a lot of 'drag'; we need better top speed and traction," said Gene.

He said, however, that with at least an eight-tenth per lap dry circuit deficit to the ultimate pace, the F2012 is not likely to step to the front of the grid even with a big raft of developments for the Spanish grand prix.

"I have to admit that it (eliminating the entire gap) would be the most dramatic improvement I've seen in the 13 years I have been in formula one.

"(Improvement) throughout the season is much more feasible. I know that we are working on a very big package and even more positive is that we have the test at Mugello beforehand."

Gene said the best car in the field at present is the McLaren.

"That is the car that works best if you take together all the different elements. Maybe not the fastest in qualifying, nor in the wet, but today it's the best car on the grid," he said.

Fernando Alonso said he is hoping the F2012 becomes "3 or 4 tenths" better at Barcelona.

F1: Massa 'only wasting petrol' slams journalist

Already before the Chinese grand prix, La Stampa correspondent Stefano Mancini was calling on Ferrari to axe the struggling Brazilian driver.

Massa then qualified twelfth in Shanghai, equalling his Sepang achievement, but dropped to thirteenth by the time the chequered flag waved.

"I think that as far as my race was concerned, this was a step forward compared to the first two races," he insisted.

Mancini, however, is continuing to severely criticise the 30-year-old.

"A Ferrari that would like to introduce a third car is still racing with just one driver," he wrote.

"Massa is a useless presence; not yet scoring a point and only wasting petrol."

Interestingly, however, Mancini is no longer one of those who think Ferrari should immediately drop Massa and replace him with the team's top development driver Sergio Perez.

"He's too young and inexperienced to do anything about it (Ferrari's situation): better to take him from Sauber at the end of the year," he said.

The race will go ahead and all of the troubles will be swept under the carpet for the weekend by the government. They'll use it as a front to paint a picture of everything being hunky-dory in the country.

The FIA and Bernie should be ashamed of themselves and if anyone from the F1 fraternity is injured or killed during the weekend...well I hope they (Todt, Bernie etc) can live with themselves.

Of course Todt and Bernie will be able to live with themselves, they have money!

Driver safety aside, all it would take is just the kidnapping of a caterer and this would have all been a massive mistake if it isn't already.

I hope no one gets injured or worse because of the situtation in Bahrain. I don't think Bernie's going to call the race off, greedy pig just wants more money.
