The whole charge of 3,000 cops down a narrow path at an army of thugs with assault rifles was so awful.
Just saw this
Put the bird on the TDK suit, have a non Batman build and touch up the legs, easy.
He's not happy go lucky that he's Batman again. He was being reckless, which was totally out of character.
Oh, and I actually liked The Bat. Fancy that.
However, I was seriously bummed by NO TUMBLER FOR BATMAN :_(
I always thought that there was a voice changer in the Bat suit that Bruce some how incorporated it himself.
But it's never explicitly mentioned in the trilogy.
An island with the World Trade Center on it. They did a really bad job of hiding that it was New York.Actually, the NY part was the most jarring. I was actually thinking back to the first movie of how they talked about the Narrows and sealed off part of Gotham, whereas now the entirety of Gotham is an island!
Yeah, this too. Even if trading wasn't frozen, they weren't any logs that showed all this suspicious activity in Bruce Wayne's name happened when an armed raid was going on, when the thugs were at the computer, and no one saw Wayne there? What about Bruce's fortune disappearing. How does that happen? If the stock exchange was infiltrated right now, wouldn't they just freeze trading? That part didn't sit well with me at all.

"And yes Mr Wayne it DOES come in black"
Lucius bringing it full circle with that one. Poetry.
Yes it is...
Alfred finally got his fantasy. But up until that moment he was sure Bruce was dead, right? The grave scene confirms that. I just wouldn't be able to get up and go like that. Bruce is like a son to him..
once he has the mask/suit on, he's in character.
bruce is technically a psycho.
Well I must have missed it then.Yes it is...

I do however agree that the Talia reveal was pretty damn close to a character assassination for Bane. A major part of his character that was hyped up was that he climbed out of the hole as a child and he is both a mastermind and a beast. Not only does Talia undercut his cunning (because the plan was more Talia's than Bane's) but since he didn't climb out of the hole himself it makes him more human and vulnerable than he first appeared in the movie.
I wonder if the next Batman film will be a reboot?
Don't even need to do that.Yes, Alfred believes him to be dead. From there, I can fanwank it to say that Bruce keeps tabs on Alfred, and deliberately appears with Selina in that cafe when Alfred next goes to Florence.
I teared up a bit during the ending sequence. It was a really great.
I really enjoyed the end. I kept thinking throughout, "Man, JGL would be an awesome Robin."
Then the will scene. Then the cave scene. So good.
Because he was! They tell you this, multiple times. He's been retired for years at that point.
So, what's up with Bane's mouthpiece. I didn't understand it in the movie, explain?

I thought the same thing. It made sense in TDK, when no matter who he was talking to, if he was in the suit, he used the voice. IE, when he was talking to Lucious in the Sonar Computer room.
Solo said:Yes, Alfred believes him to be dead. From there, I can fanwank it to say that Bruce keeps tabs on Alfred, and deliberately appears with Selina in that cafe when Alfred next goes to Florence.
"Goodbye Alfred."
I almost lost it.
Felt very... Rocky V-ish.
Ugh.
Why did I type that?
Anyone else catch (and love) Bane's tear? When Bruce had destroyed him, then Talia stabbed Bruce and told her tale, Bane was crying.
I feel like that's any an easy answer for any question one might have for this movie:Don't even need to do that.
He's Batman, of course he can appear anywhere he needs to at a moment's notice. Next question!
1) How come Gotham went from being 'monorail Wayne Tower fantasy city' in the first film to CLEARLY Chicago in the second to CLEARLY New York in the 3rd?
2) Bane could just have used Hans Zimmer's horn and percussion sections to destroy the city.
3) Every time Anne Hathaway smiled it looked like they'd re-cast the Joker
4) Somehow Bruce has a limp for eight years that witch-doctor Alfred could fix in five minutes?
5) Why would Bruce have a picture of ugly Maggie Rachel instead of the hot Katie Rachel?
6) For a second time on screen, Bane, the biggest badass villain in Batman comics, was a puppet for a lesser female character.
7) Every single character from the previous two movies returns (via flashbacks, hallucinations, cameos etc) yet nobody ever mentions the dude who is STILL ALIVE and did the same thing to the city 8 years ago.
8) That 'take the fall for Harvey Dent' thing sounded stupid and made no sense last movie and this was a movie about how it was stupid and made no sense.
9) Why was the entire cast of Inception here? In fact, why were there like 150 characters?
10) Robin is the freaking hero name. Maybe Superman Kent and Barry Flash should have appeared too.
I still enjoyed it, it's just the sillines doesn't match the tone.

I just think he's completely and utterly dedicated to being that symbol when he's in the costume.
It makes infinitely more sense that Bruce knew Alfred would be there than to believe it was all a coincidence. That's preposterous even in this series.
So, what's up with Bane's mouthpiece. I didn't understand it in the movie, explain?
just gotta hope we dont have to watch another origin story. they dont have to continue this storyline / universe, but they also really dont have to make me watch bruce inventing the costume.

The prisoners said there was an epidemic of some sort and that the Doctor in the prison developed it for him. Without it, he feels a lot of pain.
Another weird explanation, I thought. They changed Bane around quite a bit from just being some juiced up muscle machine to being a non-juiced up muscle machine with a pain reducing breathing machine of some sort.
Where? I watched the whole trilogy this week...
*Punches protruding spine back into place*
I'm sure pretty he meant that Rocky also lost his fortune in the 5th movie.I don't remember any knee stuff in the fifth Rocky movie: Rocky Balboa. I haven't seen it in awhile though, so...
...ok. Well, that's the explanation I got from the movie, and it still doesn't really explain it. What's Bane's deal? Nobody knows.
