If the leaks are right, I will be disappointed at the lack of effort in the iPhone redesign.
they're the most noob friendly devices out there, so no worries.I'm genuinely interested in these announcements today. I've never owned an apple product ever. I've been thinking about getting a MacBook for my next laptop and possibly an Iphone.
I don't have any experience with Apple OS though so it's all kinda scary.
Wasn't that Job's line? Cook going to take it now? There's always going to be one more thing.
But will its specs be inline with the new iPhone this time?
smh. To clarify, that search link means nothing. It is the URL RESULT of searching on Apple. That link is what shows up when you search for specific criteria on Apple. It is not live, but displayed on Apple.com.That search doesn't work.
So either they were very quick to remove it or it's fake.

just because it's noob friendly doesn't mean it's a childrens toy. It's noob friendly because it's so damn well designed.Yea, that's the thing though. I'm a pretty technical guy and know my way around windows pretty well.
I guess my thing is I don't know how I'll feel about having something that is overtly 'noob friendly'.
Maybe that's a mistake to think like that though since I've never experienced the OS 'hands on'.
Even though iTunes still runs alright on Mac is hard not to want to see the back of the bloated mess now.
The way they just kept bolting more and more onto it and making it have to do everything just makes me think of an overloaded donkey everytime it loads up.

You know, seeing I use iTunes on my mac, I never understood the rampant hatred for the app.
I'm happy for a nice substantial upgrade though!
The more and more i've used it over the years, the more i've realized that it's a mess even on Mac. On windows it's more of an abomination most of the time, but they're not worlds apart tbh.Even though iTunes still runs alright on Mac is hard not to want to see the back of the bloated mess now.

I wonder if the audience would boo, applaud, or gasp if he were to say that at this point. Probably the latter, but it'd be weird for him to say that verbatim imo.Wasn't that Job's line? Cook going to take it now?

I want to know the resolution. If the ipad mini is just a shrunk down ipad 2 i'll still go with that, 1gb ram would be nice.
A6 and LTE confirmed. There will not be many surprises today it seems.

I have iOS 6 on my 4S right now.
I only moved to OSX and iOS last year and I picked both up immediately. OSX, especially, is such a huge step forwards over Windows. Just go through a quick tutorial or two to get used to the fundamentals and you can learn the rest as you use it. It is easy to use but it's incredibly advanced and powerful tooYea, that's the thing though. I'm a pretty technical guy and know my way around windows pretty well.

There's a reason MS is trying to simplify with moving everything to metro, including windows.
I was in the same boat and while OSX isn't my favorite OS, it's basically like swapping between flavors of pop-tarts.
Even on the Mac it's mildly fat and gross, but the PC version is leagues worse.
but we already know that is coming really soon.No MacBook retina 13" fuck this world
Hopefully it solves all the home sharing issues I've been having with my AppleTV.
Indeed.That one did.
Cool! New iTunes would be megaton level.
Anyone else afraid of a UI update for iTunes? Could end up being an 80's boombox style knowing the trend these days.
Wait wait, it might not?Indeed.
Hopefully it'll work on Snow Leopard...
There's always going to be one more thing.

Haha
I'm liking this lighter atmosphere before the storm of phone wars descends on GAF shortly.
Fair enough, but I have to ask then, what hardware features are you exactly looking forward to that isn't available on an android device?

There has to be some kind of surprise right ?
