Love TDS, but Colbert should have won the last few.

agreed. Daily Show hasn't done anything particularly great or memorable since the 9/11 first responders bill stuff (which, granted, was really great), where Colbert is just consistently hilarious and scathing.

Colbert's specials are also second to only Craig Ferguson who they show BUT NEVER NOMINATE!

Fucking Emmy awards...

some of you probably care more about this emmy than Cranston does

Chaos on Bullshit Mountain was amazing. But The Colbert Report has the same great analysis while being twice as funny.

Fuck American Horror Story, fuck it being in the miniseries category, and fuck Ryan Murphy. this category makes no fucking sense, but I hope Luther wins because it was a lot of fun (if not a particularly great show)

AHS being a miniseries isn't stupid at all compared to them showing clips of Missing as part of the miniseries group. Seems like some bizarre way to try and suggest that it wasn't simply a failed show that got cancelled.

I noticed that :lol

Seems like that's a new thing. Wish they had tried it with Terriers.

You can't really be surprised by anything being a miniseries, at this point, when Downton demonstrated you can just up and switch categories if you feel like it.

Fair point. No way Downton should have been considered a miniseries last year.

They need to seriously overhaul the category's rules.
