Incognito mode? Make sure you are not logged in. Go to cart and make sure you don't see any "credit card" section. Log in after you're on checkout.

I was downloading at a constant 3.5Mb/s on Origin (which is what I pay for). In Steam I'm getting 2.5ish at average. So yeah, Origin servers can handle the stress a bit better right now.

Downloading Dragon Age at 1.2MB/s, And I still have 3 hours to go. If developers try to fill entire Blu-rays next gen, the downloads will be unbearable.

If you're looking for the base game, go here. The Double Deluxe pack comes with the base game, the Nightlife expansion, and a stuff pack. Took me a bit to find it as well.

(I'm assuming that's what you're asking. The other expansions are easier to find. Just search the name.)

They can still take them, and then it is slightly more inconvenient to uninstall them.

They can remove them from your account, but most Origin games aren't tied to the service once installed, for the most part.

Actually, I kind of just made that up. But I think when I played DA2 I uninstalled Origin and the game worked fine still. Not sure if there are any routine checks on startup to authenticate.
