the only time i ever got physical goods due to a glitch was when this office company were doing their xx anniversary giving away a box of chocolates with every order over £xx.
they messed it up and the box could be added to any order amount, i ended up ordering a paperclip for a penny and got some free chocolates

As I said before, why not? Ubi honored their fuckup and that had full-priced games, this is only for 20 dollar or less shit.
I decided to start adding games I already owned on Steam. I mean, why not? It's something for my hands to do while I'm watching tv.

maybe 10% are "lost sales", the rest EA should just look at as incentives for more people to start using origin
