Delays to JSR and Dokuro (Canada) totally screwed up my $100 master plan, had to take FF III off my list too since I got it elsewhere.

Without Dokuro (god forbid):
Total $62.44
Still need $37.56

With Dokuro:
Total $82.43
Still need $17.57

Time to bite the bullet on LBP Vita I guess. Only good news out of this crummy week would be my copy of Project Diva coming in on Friday.

get LBP Vita! this game is amazing, best LBP version

Uh oh, is that winky emoticon hinting at something?
Im buying Ragnarok and Ill buy Ograrythm if yes.

Never! You know I can reveal nothing. Except that I will destroy all of you at Orgarhythm.

Huzzah for Ragnarok! See if you like Org, but I have nothing to entice you with except for my victory screen on that big TV. :P

Without Dokuro? I'd go with AC Liberation or Ragnarok before getting LBP. I have LBP it's fun but story mode is short and online is lagging with very little great levels. I mean team picks hasn't been updated since the last time I checked last month =/ Come on.
Plus MP is laggy as hell. I want to like it more (hell I even bought a stylus for creating levels) but ehhhh RO or ACL (both with MP that probably wont be as laggy) seem like a better use of money.

$2 is too much for a calculator app though.

Edit: Nevermind, this redeems the price tag:

That's a PocketStation ...

On the topic if video out - I really wish they had at the least a adapter of some sort so you could get video out. It would help games sites cover the vita and so it would gain a lot more attention.

Plus it would mean I could record vita footage for my channel which would be awesome!

Since they're pushing PS3 games being available on both systems they probably have some weird, paranoid reason for not including video out.

Hope they put it into the PSV 2000, whenever that happens.

Killzone Liberation still isn't available to download to vita. Pretty shocking on Sony's part.

try it this afternoon.

Like I said earlier the same thing has happened with a bunch of psp games on release on vita store. If I cant get it to download after work then il complain but im hoping its the same old issue and it will be fixed by later on today.

sony sold more pocketstations than they have vitas worldwide

pocketstation was only released in japan

;_;
When you put it that way.... :(

I loved my PocketStation. One of my friends an former roommates stolen mine when I went to boot camp many many years ago. I loved the FF8 minigame as well as having summons none of my other friends had on the US.

Not really enjoying PSAllStars at all, but I really want to give this game a chance. Played for around 30 minutes today and it just felt too floaty to me. Going to give this another shot tomorrow.

Agreed, it seems pretty terrible. I literally don't like a single thing about the gameplay.

On the plus side, it shows how far the system can be pushed graphically. For shame, Mortal Kombat!

PSABR runs on Bluepoint's engine, and the Vita version is being developed by Bluepoint. The problem with Mortal Kombat was that it was the first Unreal Engine 3 Vita game, and since the studio who created UE3 won't make a Vita game the documentation is no where near comprehensive. Neather Realm struggled with UE3 on PS3/360, imagine on a platform without years worth of use.

It kind of puts it into perspective how poorly Vita is doing, and how poorly Sony itself is doing. This used to be a company that could put out anything and expect success. That's not the case anymore.

As for the PocketStation, it was curiosity I've always wanted to own but realistically have no use for. The majority of games compatible with it are Japan-only.

what do you mean? (I have never played it)

There was a DLC given through a...unique system by Guerilla that added a fifth chapter to the game's story and an online component. Basically it doesn't work now because the only way to do it was download it through the KZ website that doesn't work. Someone managed to hack it if you have the right files on PSP but that method doesn't work on Vita obviously.

Well that's not completely exact... The fifth chapter was downloadable by KZ site but after that it was available in PSP directories in the same format of a common demo and everyone could easily share. I have to check but I think I still have somewhere that fifth chapter in some external hard drive. If PSP content can be managed by Vita via content manager I think you can easily recover on the web that fifth chapter

I recently found all the Wipeout Pure free DLCs ^_^

I googled and found it, i don't know if I can share the link, I suppose It's no piracy...

Bit disappointed that from the instruction manual they included with the demo, it looks like the only minigames in SMB Banana Splitz are the dual-control one and Monkey Bowling. I was hoping for at least a few different ones. It doesn't mention bowling as being multiplayer either.

Having said that, I'll probably still pick it up at some point despite being awful at it. Quite a few games releasing soon that I want to get. I really hope the Vita has decent holiday sales, it's a fantastic handheld and I want it to succeed so we can keep getting great games for it.

I'm really enjoying PSABR. Of course, I suck at it, but the chaos of it all, as well as the fan service is pretty neat. Glad I got it pre-ordered.

Bu-bu-but it's preposterous to judge the Vita before Christmas! I wonder if the AC3:L and COD will even give the Vita a bump? Maybe it will, but it'll probably be business as usual the following month...and sell 20 units world wide again.

Does the game come to a conclusion after the 4th chapter and the 5th is just a bonus or is it a main part of the story?

Oh and if anyone wants to get an answer on killzone working on vita feel free to retweet my question to eu blog about it

I envy you guys, my Vita is still being fixed by Sony ( been there for a month already >.<)

Ouch! Mine was about a month in total, but most of that was spent with their useless couriers messing me about, once with Sony I think it had a turn around of about a week. Call and complain, I managed to get both Gravity Rush and Uncharted free and added to my PlayStation account.

Super impressed with psabr, aside from the menu stutter in character selection screen, the ingme action is smooth, and sharp glorious native res too. Looks really good on vita. If this is not crossbuy title, I may actually got this on vita instead of ps3

It's crossbuy if you buy PS3 version
