Anyone here knows if Vampire Bloodlines is patched straight to 1.2 when downloaded from Steam?

Hmm, as much as I approve of the DLC pricing, I can't say I approve of this. Reminds me of the mega-patch for Bad Company 2 vanilla that included Vietnam. Unnecessary for owners of the base game.
On the other hand, seasonal.
... Fuck it, I'm probably skipping the sale otherwise anyway. Maybe getting They Bleed Pixels and Condemned, then that's that.

im on windows 7, and i tried this compatibility mode shit, and it still won't work. has there been any patch or fix found to solve this problem?

From what I know NBA 2K13 is missing a lot of the features of the console versions. Again. SO I suggest you do your research first before you buy it...

One of the newer arrivals on the store, Clan of Champions, has some strange system requirements...
Minimum:
Hard Drive: 40 GB HD space
Recommended:

...is it an MMO? The description makes it sound like a co-op arena action game but I can't understand why else it'd require that much space.

Sadly I think NIS will stay away from PC if this sells poorly. I don't think Cladun X2 did very well either.

I can install the game to RAM if I wanted to.
Looking at those specs, I bet NBA 2K13 suffers from console textures™.
For me, putting openal.dll into game directory worked.

Steam avatars on pop up notifications looking weird for anybody else? Everyone's avatar looks like a Japanese porn blur mosaic.
I had an issue before where some avatars were super zoomed in and I couldn't figure out what was causing it. Restarting Steam fixed it at least.
