Damn, there's a lot of vehicles on Rag. Banshee x2, Hogs x2, 2 ghosts, 2 Manti, Mongeese. There's hardly reason to get into a gun fight. Aside from the laser grab.

Ohh, so you only launch the game through the first disc? Good. I'd always thought you'd have to switch discs for Campaign and MP.

I love HALO, but Haven't played HALO MP for years. Bit afraid to fire it up:my ass will be toast in no time . Regarding MP :is this game noob-friendly? ( the reason I don't play online very often is I'm too busy :/ , and when I jump into MP, the other guys ranked up so I'm nothing but cannonfodder ).
Mp maps are 2 gigs and the spartan Ops download is 1.5 (that will grow every week)

Big props to Major Nelson, for asking simple, and logical questions that are helping to clarify a lot of stuff.
If I had rockets and I accidentally picked up the flag, there go the rockets. I can't drop the flag and use them, I can't give them to a teammate. They're completely removed from the situation. Instead, I get a pistol.
The worst part is, maybe I didn't even want the flag. Maybe I was escorting the carrier, and he got dropped. Instead of confirming I want the flag, it just gives it to me. No more rockets. I lose effectiveness without my consent.
Oh and there's now a waypoint on my head that the entire enemy team can see at all times.

People don't care that we can now carry a pistol with the flag, it's the fact we can't drop the flag.
I'll watch it all then, I guess, but it will only make the weekend longer.
Also, don't anyone tell me, but WTF is this Mantis? Sounds like a mech, but I thought those were called Cyclopes.

EVen after all the games of Halo 4 I've played, I STILL can't get over the audio for the AR through headphones. Incredible audio in this game.

All of Disc 2's contents is available online? Is there word if you can play MP without the disc?
You can't when I put disc 2 in it just took me to the install screen. Had some pretty pictures though! lol

the fact that they are using the default loadouts is pissing me off.
why the heck are you not using the full suite of options, so many loadout choices, all we get is AR DMR Magnum Frag grenades.
