If you mean Daily Deal, Yesterday is a well-drawn adventure game with a twisty plot and pretty decent acting. Takes maybe 4-5 hours to beat, has 4 endings (3 real, 1 joke) that you can just rewind from the end to see. Puzzles are not very wallbangy, so mostly you're playing for the story.

It's no TWD, but then again, what is?

Nah, Steam sale will be 75% off whatever the base price is. Unless Sega drops MSRP to $19.99 in the next 6 weeks, you won't get the game any cheaper than this.

I keep hearing two extremes about it but figured its worth a shot

Woo, I'm typing this on my phone with one eye open cause I'm still half asleep.
Thank you for the generosity. I will be checking it out this morning when I fully wake up, seems like it is stand alone.
