Yes; the Franchise Pack was $9.79 (for AusGAF) at one point during the Summer Sale. It was discounted by 90-something percent, haha.

Sniper Challenge: Yes, you actually only get the Sniper Challenge code until the 20th, when they'll send you a second code. You have to go through hoops to actually get Sniper Challenge though...

You can use a fictional address. My street name is something like blablablastreet and it totally works.

Yup, they have nailed the core mechanics, it'd be a shame if they don't do anything without it. I hope Contracts mode has something similar to it.

I've never been able to get this to work, my billing address obviously needs to match up correctly, but no matter what shipping address I used it always blocked me from buying.

Besides, I'm not sure if its worth getting your Amazon account banned for, Amazon is not shy about just locking your account for tiny little reasons and throwing the key away, this would be one of those tiny little reasons.
