No. Regular Seviper looks like it's plated in gold. And dem blood-red fangs/eyes.

I found a well-made (fire-fighting ...) Fennekin evolution on Tumblr, it's either a well-made fake or a leaked scan of the true one. What's the policy on this ? Can I post it ?
I know the one, it's fake. And not from a scan. You're probably good.

It's the first volume of the anime soundtrack. I imported it via CDJapan; totally worth it.
The first volume contains the anime versions of in-game songs, while the second volume contains the anime original songs.

Yeah, I agree that it looks pixelated. It's on 3DS, you can't expect a lot from it. But if you look closer you see that the lighting is much improved. Look at the native screenshots on the official site to see what I'm saying. Look at the cloud and the shadowing. Nothing top level, but it's decent for a 3DS game.

What would be everyone's ideal type of music for this game by the way?
For me personally, although I don't necessarily want the entire soundtrack orchestrated (would be very unlikely) I do hope we do get some orchestrated pieces in the game. I think major story moments, the intro and ending/credits, and some battle music (probably the champion and final main villain battle) should be orchestrated. But I'm worried we won't get any which I think would be pretty disappointing.

Just saying, if that thing resembles Fennekin's evolution, I'm jumping ship and going with Chespin. Already did a similar decision after finding out about Tepig's unfortunate fate.
Can't wait for official reveals.
at this point, it seems to be a tradition already lol

Posted this a moment ago to the Bulbagarden Facebook, but thought it might be appreciated here also. Was something sparked off by a few comments I'd seen recently about Pokémon news coverage by fansites.

In previous generations, there's always been a mad rush to get translations up of Japanese material. In many cases that's led to fights when some sites have claimed that others "copied" them when they released the same news story minutes after they did, when the reality was everyone was independently translating the exact same thing at the exact same time, and they just happened to get theirs finished before others did.
This generation seems like it'll be a lot different. While we may still very well get a lot of things broken in the Japanese media, like what we've already seen happen with some CoroCoro leaks, I don't expect that will be anywhere near as often as it was in the past. We'll see a lot more cases of simultaneous releases of information, such as through Chotto Pokémon Directs, simultaneous updates to both Japanese and English official websites, and so forth.

Bidoof is boss.
I beat the upgraded Elite Four in White 2 with a team of six of them - three of the four, plus the Champion, got soloed - I had to switch when fighting Shauntal because Perish Song threatened to KO the one I was using.
Also, I swear the last Bidoof somehow used Rollout six times in a row instead of the usual five while wrecking the champion's team. Nothing stops the 'doof.

I bet the next news we'll get will be from the next CoroCoro or maybe even the one after that. They actually announced the games a lot earlier prior to the Japanese release than usual (almost a full year), so I'm sure they're in no rush to trickle info slowly.

They're stuck either way, as they're already stepping on Vulpix and Ninetails' toes as is.
But if you mean just Starter pokémon, then Yes.

Either Fire/Ghost or Fire/Psychic will be great, but Ninetails' design could be taken towards either of those typings too. I just hope they most make it too busy to differentiate it from Ninetails.
I can totally see that ear hair -> flames thing happening. There isn't a single fire starter evolution that doesn't have a visible flame somewhere. It's like a trademark at this point.
