It's not like I didn't try? I attempted several times at dating. Most girls led me on for an extended period of time and then told me they didn't have any feelings for me or made up really weird excuses like being a heroin junky. Life can be really weird sometimes.

Well, for me; making out is important. It's a huge factor. I also think that a lot of girls like guys that can actually make out compared to those that can't. It's such a turnoff for them as kissing and making out is like the first thing you do, the most basic sensual act therefore if a girl ain't happy with that session, you're officially fucked for the night.

Well, as a 23 year old who's yet to have sex, I'll admit that it does cause me some confidence issues, but only in terms of the sex part, if that makes sense. I'm fairly comfortable and happy in myself as a person right now, but if I meet an awesome woman who wants to sleep with me, I'm going to be worried that my inexperience might put her off.
Although saying that, if it did, perhaps that'd be a sign that she wasn't actually as awesome as I'd thought she was...

Another thing to consider is that being confident that you're a great shag probably isn't a good thing. It's always worth considering whether you're satisfying the other person to avoid complacency. Also, no matter how much sex you've had, there's always someone out there better in bed and your partner might well have fucked them.
Basically, I don't think you ever get 100% confident when it comes to the performance side of things. You just stop worrying about it.

For girls I'll just say that they'd also be uncomfortable about their virginity when they're only keeping it due to their families being strictly religious, when they themselves are quite moderate/not religious at all. It's really tough especially when you think you can talk to your mom about anything, but something such as premarital sex is off limits and/or shameful if committed.
It's actually incredibly easy. Guys don't ever talk to me unless I talk to them so...yeah. Very simple.

Yep. Get to know the person. Develop a rapport. Most girls, assuming they're interested in a relationship, would be willing to work through the awkward sex phase if they like you and want to be with you.
