I’ve never tested positive, but I’m pretty sure I had it before testing was really available. Still, I can’t definitively say yes.

Just getting over it the second time actually. Both were fairly mild. Still not pleasant.

1st time was basically asymptomatic completely.
2nd time felt like a bad cold for 4 days.
I never even got tested for covid.
I've been tested probably ... 115+ times over the last two years.

My parents got it a couple of months ago and I went and drove them to test and I didn't get it. Went to the lake with a friend and drove in his car for 2 hours and he found out the next day he had it but I never got it. So "lucky" I guess?

Not knowingly yet.

However I'm traveling to Europe in a couple weeks and going on a cruise.

I'm feeling 100% likely to get it then...as long as I can present a negative test so I can get on the boat in the first place I don't care, I've accepted it's going to happen. Besides, with the amount of alcohol anticipated to be in my bloodstream, I'm hoping it will be inhospitable to said virus :D.

I have never had it. But I’m walking around San Fran and everyone here thinks everyone else has it.

Officially, no. But I had nasty cold last fall : sore throat, hoarse, and felt weak for a day or two. Wouldn't be surprised if it was Covid, but never took a test to confirm or deny.

Never tested positive but I'm 100% sure I had it because someone I traveled with in early April and stayed in the same hotel room for 6 nights tested positive when we got back. My symptoms started 2 days after his ramped up and they were the same I had but longer from the 2nd vaccine shot and booster. Mainly the zombie brain/lethargy (4 days for Covid proper). I had overly sensitive allergies and a mild chest congestion that lasted for a month and a half after. Not super fun.

Just lost my covid v card.

Woke up Saturday morning 1am with a headache and congestion and tested positive. New it was coming b/c wife and kid had it the week before.

Basically was like a head cold for me until around Tuesday when it mostly cleared up. Tested again on Tuesday and still positive then. Feel a lot better now. Think it’s pretty much run it’s course. No biggie. I’m a 38yo fatass man and breezed through it. I am vaxxed and boosted but the booster is almost a year old so it probably wasn’t helping much anyway.

Probably the latest Omicron variant as it was so much milder than the shit going around last year.

I had it last Christmas, wasn't that bad, just lost my sense of taste and smell.

Worst part was it ruining my morning coffee.

Triple vaxed, got it anyway because I played stupid and didn't wear any mask at the annual company party.

Very slight headache for 2-3 days and then nothing, quite glad I got vaxxed TBH. Quite proud I didn't get any of my Friends/Family infected.

Don't play stupid like me, protect your friends and yourself

bullshit.

and if you really are telling the truth. i hope you put on a lottery ticket ;)
No bullshit at all.

I visited daily my parents when they both had covids, i served clients that the day after discovered they had covid etc, all without mask.

I know it sound strange, but getting this fucking thing even if you are surrounded by infected people is not always super easy.

Some people just have stronger defenses maybe.

I always got tested when i discovered that i had close contacts with infected people, i even wasted 100 euros for 2 100% sure as hell tests and the even pricier one that tells you if you ever got covid in you life.

P.s. basically the same for my sister aswell since we work together.

P.s. tbf i also take bodybuilder multivitamin and minerals with horse doses (orange triad) and like 2gr+ of vit C everyday, not exactly your run of the mill multivitamin supplementation (i know this stuff is an extremely little help, but still something)

Masks have never ever stopped transmissions of illnesses, just reduce the chance of someone with the illness spreading it as easily to other people.

It's not the mask that's at fault.

Yes, but it has to almost nothing do with being healthy, as there are enough people that got Ill that where mega healthy, but more to do with your immune system.. I haven’t got it for example, they are researching people that seem resistant, could be they had a virus in their life, like I had 24 years ago ..

Never tested for covid myself. Given the symptoms I think it is safe to say I did get once. A flu, muscles aching, no taste and smell. The taste issue lasted 1 month or something, really annoying.

I dodged it for 2 years despite being unvaxxed and not giving a fuck (regularly meeting a lot of people throughout the pandemic). Then I caught it 3 weeks ago. Sadly not a virgin anymore.

I'm curious about the whole vitamin d and covid link, there's not enough research data about it but I wonder if having been taking 50mcg of vitamin d every day for many years has had any effect on not getting sick with covid.

I think I got it in February, but I never got tested cause a positive test would just lessen my FREEDOMS and bring my more hassle. Ended up just staying home and waited it out. My lungs took a while to recover, had some phlegm feeling for quite a number of months even after my fever and cold went away. Now I am back to normal, not sure if I’ll take any booster shots unless its mandatory for travel.

It just hit my family back from vacation. We had a variety of symptoms after returning.

Me: JJ vax no booster: had a runny nose that would not stop which made me suspicious. I have allergies but I always get itchy as hell eyes with a super runny nose. I have no other symptoms and pretty much went away in a day.
Daughter: no vax (she's young) tested positive has no symptoms at all. Dances and runs around full of energy.
Son and wife: Pfizer vax both shots but no booster. Son was tired has a runny nose but other wise good spirits. Wife is feeling it the most. Low grade fever, super tired, no appetite, sore throat.

I think we got a bit big for our britches and didn't really care about the crowds and such on vacation. I think we were actually jinxed when someone asked us prior to our vacation if we got it yet and when we said no, she was like wow! You might be one of the last few left.

Lol I told my wife never have i wanted to go to someone's house more and punch them in the face than that person ;)

Had it twice. First time I had problems breathing and took months to recover.

Second time I had flu symptoms and both my legs ached to fuck, couldn't get comfortable for a week because of it. No impact on my breathing and recovered quickly, no months long fatigue

I've never been sick since it started but a few months ago both my kids and wife tested positive so I did the responsible thing and took a rapid test at a local pharmacy. I was supposed to get results within hours to a day maximum but didn't. I contacted the pharmacy who didn't know shit and referred me to the place they sent the test into. I called them and they didn't know what happened either and recommended I take another test.

This was during omicrons peak and getting tests was quite an ordeal and at-home tests weren't really available yet either. Needless to say I just said "fuck it, by the time I can get an appointment in 3 days to test again it'll probably be gone." So if I have had it its been asymptomatic. In regards to covid virginity it might be the equivalent of... just the tip?

Well, I've finally joined the rest of you all. Took a test yesterday afternoon(Monday) after this started on Sunday and I tested positive.(Really just started off with some sinus pressure) The last 2 nights have been kind of rough. Both nights I've had a mild fever of 101.2-101.3 and tons of sweating but the nausea makes it hard to keep hydrated and even just sleep with that and the headaches. (I spend most of the morning trying to re-hydrate.) Admittedly the first night I had way more vomiting than the second night. During the day I tend to feel mostly ok. So if I can just keep from getting dehydrated again I should be better off. Mostly feeling drained right now.

My wife has dodged it too. I had it a few months back. She slept right beside me and never got it. My kids had it at 2 different times too and she was hands on with them the whole time. Hasn’t ever tested positive

Never got sick, never tested, never vaxed. With the exception of mask mandates in certain spaces, from my perspective the whole thing might as well never have happened. #yolo

Only got tested once early on. Triple vaxxed, but not sure if I would want 4th TBH.
I may have had it w/o knowing - but never gotten sick either - and I haven't even had flu/common cold for a few years now.

According to all tests, I have not had it. But, I am pretty damn sure it was what we all got christmas 2019 when we were on Barbados. Never been hit so fast, nor gotten so sick, in my entire life as we all did. Throat felt like it was on fire, couldn't smell or taste anything, and the cough lasted for three months afterwards. Luckily, they have a morphine based cough suryp that we all got, flew home high as kites, the day before all flights were cancelled..

Been using face masks and hand sanitizer since, nobody has gotten sick in my immediate family circle, everyone uses the same stuff.

Bonus, haven't had the barfing virus either since, novovirus.

Here is the thing, I don't know, but I was sick at one point for a small amount of time after I interacted with someone who was eventually tested positive mere days after our interaction, but I don't think that COVID symptoms can last for such a short amount of time, in this case I would have to say "No".
