All this Anno talk has made me realise he's basically been working on Rebuild for eight years now. Part of me wanted him to come back to telly anime in full-form after he were done with the movies, but I don't think that's gonna be possible anymore. I smell another hiatus.

The gate is were you can go from human side to demon side..without any kind of magic cheat.

It was ridiculous back in Tenchi Muyou already when you had Ryouko snooping around... the later cut down on her character because she was so forward. The fact shows later always gravitated to shy girl wins later also... nawww, different post.
Since then, Anime relationships have constantly dangled the carrot but none of the poor cast members ever got a bite.
So, any shows where the characters got more "lucky"?? Panty&Stocking I already know

Flit's pet Kio has always been trained to rush in on the evil Vegan people. But Ms Pinkhairlady taught Kio that you can actually evade the enemy once in a while. Handy!
The part at the beginning where they were talking about the Vegan's advanced technology was another example of why Flit is awful. The crew can't say that the technology is good because it gets in the way of the killing.
Next Episode: Something predictable happens.

That's where their exhaust/cooler ports are so they release hot fumes after opening doors there after a big laser attack. Did I also mention they know martial arts?

Poor Ando. First Zetsuen is falling apart, and next people are going to laugh at his new "movie" which looks like a TV episode.
Well, it looks like Hanasaku Iroha, which means it doesn't look great, especially for a movie. But it's directed by Ando, which means it should have great storyboarding and direction, just like his episodes on the show.
I guess it must be a sidestory since
the Inn is still open.

BRS is a damn fine set of episodes .. it's depressing at times, but it does have a happy ending

Too bad saya-chan-sensei couldn't have more spotlight.. she clearly was intresting but they couldn't expand on her properly .. the 4 girls however were nicely presented and i honnestly think this anime, while not for everyone is well above average , and at some times excellent when it tries to catch the viewer off guard.
As i said before i don't see what's the big deal with this show is. It's far from being a masterpiece , but it's far from being something bad or unenjoyable. It's not for everyone of course , but i don't feel like i've sufered or forced myself to watch them all.
VERDICT : VERY GOOD
For those who want to watch , do it ..it's not that bad, unless you cannot stand CG animation. I do feel like the show could have gone easily in the wrong direction and they didn't. For now i'm totally satisfied.
