Yes. Apparently someone in the building posted notes on every floor saying to file a complaint. Which I will be doing. Fuck this place.

Toronto has a few months of snow but Vancouver has about ten months of rain. Even if I disliked snow (which I don't), it's better than being so gloomy most of the time.
