I just got the "Giant Bomb just went live" bat signal from Twitch but the chat is down and so is the stream.

It's not the first time it's done it, either.
always add at least 10 minutes to whenever a stream is supposed to start. If they say 6:30 jump in at 6:40.What time is it supposed to start?

It's pretty hit and miss for me. Lately it never works. Usually I just go to All Channels and scroll down until I find it.
