Also no way they're going to do a TNT at 4PM. :P

So, is there any sort of legal grey area in regards to the bombastica coverage, seeing as they're using emulated versions of the games (as far as I can tell)? I really like the feature but I'm not too keen on the possibility that it could cause some legal issues to cover some of these games.

Emulated versions are fine as long as they own the cartridge. The worst thing that could happen is they say 'show us the cart!' and then they do. But I imagine they just don't care. Why would they?

Has TNT been pre-empted for extended coverage and analysis of IdrA's having been released by EG? Is Brad breathing into a paper bag?

I think the chances of them not owning any game they play at this point is extremely unlikely. I will never forget Jeff's house videos of his collection...

my impression was that they use the Retrode for that kind of stuff. They run the game in an emulator, but they're using the actual cart.

At least for Jeff

also, who cares?

They have access to all the videogames, they have access to technology to dump said carts. There's nothing illegal about using emulators. They make constant videos about buying old software AND hardware and spend thousands of dollars on their pesonal collections.

Nobody can say anything about it, afaik.

Wait has Brad got Animal Crossing?
They should just do a TNT of him playing that.

Pretty sure they all have it. Jeff talked about trying to touch the top 3ds screen to get peaches.

And I'm just posting here to continue to wonder why the video player hasn't been fixed. TNT is buffering constantly buffering trying to buffering buffer.

Sometimes the video just stops and auto-restarts for me on the HTML5 player.
