I wouldn't be surprised if it had the size and form factor of X51 (in the middle)



Personally I'd have no problem with this.

The X51 is fat and quite heavy for it's size so I'm definitely against this even though I love my X51.

Every time I see Illumiroom, PACMAN pops into my head. It's literally the opposite of the Rift which is a good thing. They each have their own niche. Rift needs a lot of horsepower to entertain me. Illumiroom needs relatively less power to entertain a group. Far more interested in that than I am in Kinect/Eye gesture related features. The voice stuff could be useful.

Still, only whelmed at the moment.

I don't think it's as important for non mobile hardware, but yeah I like the recent trend of sharp edges. Love the feeling of Surface and HTC One, for example.

We don't have official evidence yet that the PS4 is the stronger system. But we will probably know on the 21st. I say both consoles will be evenly matched power wise.

but I would have to exchange almost all (my black/dark) furniture in my livingroom to make it work good

While this is technically true, I think it's fair to say that the leaked specs are probably the right ones, give or take some tweaking.

We should be happy, this might actually be a generation where both consoles aren't just HD twins. Difference in power, approach, etc will hopefully result in different experiences, etc.

Yes, I remember 2004, the Xbox 360 specs was leaked in the same way, from development documentation.

- HTPC/DLNA support
- New Xbox Live capabilities
- Support for more accesories and devices
- Fast, fast, the faster!
- USB hard drives support (not size limited)
- Share everything, music, pictures, videos, even games.

Customisable UI. Everything else is irrelevant next to this. I want to be able to customise the dash how I see fit. Pin games to the dash, direct links to the marketplace, etc all on the dash. Keep the ads, etc in the marketplace.

One of the things I like about the Wii-U is the ability to look at the browser in-game and then pop back into the game without issues.
