Same price as most of the other announcer pack really.
I'm surprised it got in. I thought it was a joke like Peon one.

HUD skins price varies from 3-5 bucks.
 
Still playing a few games a day and feel like I'm getting better. I have been using sven and skeleton king and like those 2 heroes the best so far.

I got placed in the low priority pool yesterday when I abandoned a bot game to join up with some friends. Does that stop me from getting exp and items? Easy bot games are serious business :(.
 
Does anyone know whether it's possible for Spectre to have her hula hoop back if someone was interested in designing one?

Is there a limitation of design model? Like Slark has to have a dagger? Rubick a staff?

Means you have low priority queues I believe. Takes longer to find a game.

No xp or item penalty. But you get matched with other low priority queue people.
 
Where is everybody attending the international in person flying/driving from? I'm considering doing a roadtrip to Seattle from Georgia instead of flying if my ankle heals up in time.
 
Quick question.. I have fallen in love with Riki (He is awesome) and want to open a chest that might give me an item for him.. Does anyone know which chest would do that?

Go to dota2lounge.com and look for Riki's items and trade.

If you won't have enough items, I guess buying keys and trading them for Riki's is the way to go.

He hard counters mobility heroes like weaver, qop, storm spirit, antimage, and team fight initiators like magnus, tide, dark seer. Also super strong spell casters, but magic damage scales off late game anyway, so he is not a likely pick for that purpose.

His issue is that his low base armor and terrible agility gains mean that he need lots of farm to be effective and he tails of late game so he is not an ideal 1 role hero.

He is a good hero if you can manage to find him farm as a 2 or a 3 though, only really eastern teams play that kind of style though.

You lock down a squishy carry that relies on maneuverability to survive or prevent a team from getting a good initiation, you will win team fights. Doom allows you to often start team fights 5v4.
 
So I go into my settings and set the console to a certain key, like ], but when I try to bring it up it never shows. Anyone else have the same problem?

you need to add -console to your launch options
 
Play as Nyx and get 0 kills and 15 assists (most in game).

Fuck me. Fuck killstealers. You stun someone, take them down to nothing and some douchebag comes in and gets 1 hit and runs away. Over and over and over.

So rage inducing.

Why? Do you think the game would have gone better for your team if you got the kills?
 
I guess for me it depends on my role.

I dont really mind not getting kills when I am playing a support role, I usually try to avoid getting the last hit when I am support and the carry is next to me or close to the target. But if I am playing Carry and I see some idiot range support constantly doing his hardest to get every kill it gets me mad.

Well... Maybe :D

For real, I usually don't care about who gets the kill, winning is the important part!
There are a few times it's annoying to lose the last hit though, for example first blood on a carry if you're going midas.

Yeah, actually, that might be true, if someone is intentionally trying to last hit every time it's a differnt issue. But losing a kill as a carry to a support isn't bad, especially if they're only trying to help with the damage.
As a carry you should be happy for the space created, and you'll get the farm anyway if you make sure to not miss any last hits.
 
I tried to autospectate but it didn't work...
I'm using this command "dota_spectator_auto_spectate_games 45" but nothing happens.

I'm missing something?

Yeah I agree. For someone like a Warlock its almost impossible to avoid getting the last hits. And that is not an issue. But I do believe its a problem when people only think about getting the last hit instead of just whats best for the team.
Usually of course just getting the kill is the most important thing I agree.
