If online play is behind a pay wall i going to be very piss off .
I might just skip PS4 and upgrade my PC even if i have to give up some Japaneses games along with Sony ones .

If Sony is smart, they will leave multiplayer free, and then all that extra stuff we saw in the announcement behind PS+.

But...we've heard too much good news on the PS4, we're bound to hear some bad news soon...so.....

I'm leaning 55% that multiplayer will be behind paywall...

Also, PSP had perfect PS1 playback, and when the Vita launched, you couldn't even play PS1 games, so.... it's not going to surprise me if PS4 doesn't have PS1 emulation.

Why is this a concern. PS+ is so good it's silly not to pay now. Everyone on here should get it if they don't now.

lol I dont know if neogaf can withstand the war for another 2 weeks, there will bodies everywhere, limbs strewn about like bloody confetti, men, and women weeping in the streets. The best part is that things have not even begun to heat up yet, If both get major franchise exclusives, one has system wide always on, used game restrictions, and the other is not always on, and publisher optional used game restrictions.......I know Gafs servers usually implode come E3, but it looks like this year may end with nothing left.

no indications, no reason to. Since when did MS become the gold standard for everything lol. Online gaming is free on literally every platform IMAGINABLE that is not named xbox. It would be REALLY weird if they joined them and not everyone else. That company got some of you legit shook.

Heh, yeah I forgot the n't. There's no way that I want an anti-used game on the PS4. But I guess we'll have to wait until E3 before Sony comes completely clean on what their policy will be. Like I said, i'd prefer that they block publishers from taking any type of anti-used game stance, but if they just make it an option then that's at least better than a system level approach. At least then publishers can decide whether or not they want to go that route rather than being forced into it.

Well, they could have a teaser. That would be a good way to advertise the HD remakes, like: play the games to understand the new game yet to come, or something like that.

The Destiny gameplay videos I've seen so far look pretty terrible aka not next gen.

I wished this game wasn't going to be demoed on Sony's time but oh well.

There's a surfeit of FPSes and imo they really do not deserve stage time. This year alone there would be BF4, COD ghosts, Killzone and then Destiny. Same goes for cross-gen titles. Cross gen titles and FPSes should get little or no stage time and if they demo KZ or WD or any already-announced and demoed game on stage this E3, I might choke something

Ubisoft has unannounced games coming, someone on another forum I read said there were non-major EA announcements coming, famousmortimer has alluded to something from 2K, there's Shahid Kamal/Antony Clark's "not just one game" tease (which could be any or none of the above, though I don't think they've promised that it's an E3 announcement), and AniHawk alluded to a third-party announcement that people aren't expecting (though I think he said something about not being sure if anyone will want it). Is there more that I've missed?
