Yeah. Bethesda games sell millions on PS hardware (undeservedly).
The only series I can think of that went exclusive after a very successful multiplat release is SoulCalibur with III. And Namco probably regrets that decision.

What if the developer commentary video showcased during the presentation indicates the developers that are working on exclusive PS4 games? Besides of course first party developers but also independent developers such as Ready At Dawn.
Ready At Dawn is supposedly working on a new IP for the PS4 with Sony since there were hirings that say next-generation "console" as a singular instead of plural. Maybe it is The Order: 1886? Who knows.
Tim Schafer said that Sony approached them but that he couldn't say too much during an interview. Now, of course, Double Fine is an independent developer, so it is possible that maybe Double Fine could be working on an exclusive game for PS4 with Sony publishing just as Microsoft have published their games before.
David Cage is also on there and of course we all know that Quantic Dream are working on a new IP for PS4.
Randy Pitchford is also on there but I doubt anything will come from Gearbox besides multiplatform releases. But who knows.
Who knows about Harmonix? Sony probably approached them as well. Microsoft approached them for Dance Central, so maybe Harmonix could help them with their SingStar IP or a new dance game altogether in collaboration with Harmonix.
Heavenly Sword 2 in the works? Maybe Sony got back together with Ninja Theory to co-create with Sony Cambridge on Heavenly Sword 2 for PS4.
We know Stig's team (God of War 3) is working on a new IP for PS4. We also don't know if this is The Order: 1886.
We also know that Naughty Dog has 2 teams and the Uncharted 3 team is working on a game for PS4. We don't know if it is a new IP or Uncharted 4, but recall that the Edge article that leaked the PS4 specs said that Uncharted 4 was being worked on. No confirmation it is from Naughty Dog because it is possible Sony Bend could take over with Naughty Dog working on a new IP. Shuhei Yoshida said that every Sony studio was working on the PS4.
Gran Turismo 6 is in Yamauchi's mind for PS4, backed by the claims from amar for a release in summer/late 2014. Maybe they will change it to Gran Turismo 7 instead.
In a recent interview with Dylan Cuthbert, he said that Q-Games is going back to PSN. Probably the PixelJunk series will come to the PS4 with Sony publishing of course. They have been pretty quiet as of late too.
Seems I am over-analyzing though. Hyped for E3 is all!

Bethesda guys were positive about xbone on twitter, if I am not mistaken. (read between the lines)
Bethesda has always been a pretty big MS supporter, which is not surprising since the majority of the sales of their games were on the 360. I suppose if MS could pay the difference to make up for the potential sales of a PS4 version to ensure exclusivity this early on then it should be a win win for both.
Todd Howard always made it a point to throw out that the 360 was his preferred gaming device, and hes incharge of the studio. Beth is one of the most likely third parties to put out an Xbone exclusivd(timed or not)

I think at best it would be a timed exclusive, because Fallout sales on PS3 is no joke. its not like it sells a million+ more copies on 360 or something significant like that.
Bethesda will get a lot of hatred if that is true from the PC community. Imagine of all the modders who can't dress up their avatar in anime and skimpy outfits. The HORROR!
If it is timed exclusive (Fo4) when it comes to me they should not bother released in on PS4 at the later date, because I will never give them my money. And it doesn't help that I dislike Todd, seems douchey to me.

Some people have strong devotion to certain franchises.
Yeah. I would guess that PS3 alone makes up 60%-80% of the sales of 360 Bethesda game sales. It would be more if you count the PC+PS3. They would not ditch almost half of their market.

Games are everything, and some of us just have our favorite series or franchise that we need to play no matter what. If ms moneyhat an exclusive kojima game, I most likely will have to buy xbone for it. Why do you think nintendo fund niche title like bayonetta 2? Because they know some hardcore fans of bayonetta will buy wiiu just for that game.

Sorry I just find it ridiculous to be so easily swayed. MS will never get my money. they can buy entire sony first party, but they can't force me to buy their machine. there are other games to play.

If Sony got Demon's Souls 2 exclusive, would you still care about Fallout 4 (as much)?
Because Fallout 4 can't be a true exclusive... Timed if anything. Demon's Souls 2 would be true exclusive and for me would easily bridge the timed exclusive F4 period (assuming there is one). I'd wait for a while if it meant not supporting XBone

If Sony can somehow clock the performance a little more on the PS4 to get it up to 2 Teraflops by launch, this would most certainly make the Xbone more embarrassing than it already is.

i get the impression tim schafer is just a really talkative guy. he seems to always be in stuff like this. same with harmonix and cuthbert.
the ready at dawn and ninja theory ones are probably the most telling as they're lesser names. nariko was prominent in the playstation ethos montage that started the ps4 unveiling so maybe there's something in heavenly sword 2.
i'm incredibly excited to see what ready at dawn is doing, be pretty cool if sony can get them as a ps4 exclusive. ghost of sparta demonstrated they have all the skills needed to make a really great big budget game, like in terms of pacing and set pieces it's near naughty dog tier.
if we're doing this i notice jstevenson was very positive about xbone on twitter. combine that with the rumours of insomniac working with microsoft *shudders*

Microsoft should have spent the 400 million dollars they wasted on the NFL app toward an acquisition of Bethesda instead. Bethesda practically fellated Microsoft last generation either way. There's no way in hell Fallout 4 wouldn't appear on the PC so no big loss there.
