Its good to focus your efforts if it means it raises the chances. "MS mind is made up" is not an excuse, but it is not a fact either. However, Sony seems to be WAY more open in regards to this and did not already make comments in that direction, plus the OP insider info that we know that Sony is apparently watching this. If MS was as open (instead of closing YT comments), the other side of the equation would follow suit.

This thread is not about fanboy wars, but the chances of succeeding with efforts directed at Sony seem to be way higher atm, which in the end benefits EVERY gamer.

Waking up to see the amount of thread views gave me a warm feeling, for all the criticism GAF gets, it really is one of the places gamers can make a true difference. I Hope 24h from now this campaign is everywhere.

In the end, we have been buying games with no restrictions for eternity.

There's absolutely no reason why we shouldn't continue on this path just because MSFT has something in place and Sony might as well.

Call of Duty didn't stop selling 10m plus without the stupid new proposed anti consumer measures MSFT has noted so far.

I'm not celebrating yet but I believe in the power of NeoGAF. The power of the core gamer.

You have fanboys on all sides but in the end we all share the same thing... Passion for gaming!

We can not let this DRM bullshit on consoles becoming a reality. It's unacceptable. ;-)

I can almost say I'm moved for you fellow GAFfers, it's really awesome to see how much true people care about their gaming passion, it's amazing.

Already did my part, but I guess I can do more ( ? ). Either way it's amazing. I must say as someone who lives in Europe Sony always took good care of us (see PS Plus), it's nice to see so many gamers consider switching from MS to Sony, even people with a huge 360 History or seeing many US fellow GAFfers choosing the PS this time.

I really think both can be great products, just for different cultures/countries/consumers but either way this is one of the reasons I love GAF and it's Community, you all make me proud to make some noise for a cause that tries to avoid/harm players.

I do not buy used many times, but a lend a game to a friend every now and then, also to my sister's husband or he lends me some games too. This act creates bonds between us, gaming was and it is one thing that can bring people closer, even families and I've been truly blessed to have such good friends (one or two is all I need) and to be part of such game Community here, on GAF. No matter how far we are in real life, I always feel I'm close to you fellow GAFfers.*



*I'm sorry if my English was not the best but I've been tired lately.

If someone wants to make a thread I say more power to them, but /v/ sometimes has the whole HATE approach to everything. It's very possible they could start spamming these guys being very disrespectful and we don't want that.
 
Eitherway, let's keep this about the cause, and not focus on what 4chan are doing, it'll only stem the momentum we're trying to build.

I have Xbox 360. I have never played a PS3 game. I will not buy Xbone. Right now, I'm Sony's to lose for the PS4.
