You need to make use of control groups. Bind one bird to Control Group 1, anther to Control Group 2, and make good use of your "Select Hero" button. It can be hard to bind them if you summon them mid fight though, but if you have a few seconds of downtime, make it happen. I would not focus to much on landing the stone form stun at the start, and more with just keeping the birds alive. Sadly, there is still an annoying bug where one of the two birds will not keep its control group between resummons/upgrades.

How do you bind stuff? Couldn't really figure that out looking through the options.

You would hit Ctrl + the Control Group. So if Control Group 1 is on the 1 key, you would select the unit, hit Control 1, and now you can use the 1 key to instantly select the unit.

Anyone know of a good tutorial for Visage? I love the hero but absolutely suck at playing him. (or any other hero that has multiple controllable units with distinct abilities- brewmaster's ult excluded for some reason)
Well micro-management is a very important skill even for one unit.
Constatnly moving 2-3 units hundreds of times per minute is tiring. Probably would take a few weeks/months to get enough muscle strength for all those motions and bypass lactic acid burn.

This is probably what a good player is doing. You can read all the tutorials you want, but if you can't physically do it. . .

select the unit(s) you want to be in the control group, press control+1 to bind to 1. If you have multiple units in the control group, press tab to cycle through them. Like if you want to use both the birds stuns and they're on the same control group, you'd press 2q, tab, q.

Ah, thanks guys. I have to give that a go later on and see if I can get the hang of it. Never been good at keeping track of multiple groups in RTS games and such.

I still play this game every once in a while

Was for some sc2 research and high scores don't work, but its a good way to train mouse/kb accuracy.

It's not exactly the same as sc2/dota micro training though, as that involves more muscle strength patterns that just quick reactions and one key/click muscle memory.

Click accuracy: 84.63%
Keyboard accuracy: 96.44%
Boxes clicked: 97.48%
Keys pressed: 97.59%

Final Score: 8828.55

This is..interesting, I have the worst mechanics ever :(.

Any really good VODS over this past week/weekend I should download and check out? Going to need something to watch during my flights and down time for the next week or so.

So I was working on something for PA, but I looked at the workshop and saw that there were many more things submitted for her since the last time I checked. So now it's for Spectre :P

Was having trouble fulfilling my original concept anyway. Completed part of it (which I'm making use of), but the other part just wasn't working. At present I think what I have right now is better than what I had been toying with before anyway, so I guess that's a win.

I don't think it's a great test of how good you are to starcraft/dota style multitasking, which is more about doing very familiar things repeatedly, very quickly, rather than playing simon sez with kb/m. I don't have a link for it, but there was a flash game floating around years ago where you had to play 5-6 simple games in rapid succession that got faster and faster. That was more similar to rts multitasking imo.

I'm starting to hate Pudge, not for myself but because it seems whoever plays against him on my team dies to him a ton and then disconnects and then it's over. And I swear every single pudge player is going to hang around getting hook kills from the fountain instead of ending the game

I feel yeah, someone stole my dual sword concept.

Visage wings might be a good fallback if that model is up.

Synderen has had some upsets of number 1 teams in the past, so lets see if he's got the magic here against Alliance.

"Alliance with the Spectre pick for Loda..."

Loda not playing in the game.

oh.

I'm loving Outworld Destroyer.

I just one shot three people last game from full health with his ult. So good.

It's fun discovering new heroes!

And another weekend another loss streaks. I cannot believe what kind of people playing just in the weekend. I wonder do they even take the time to play through the whole week? Like 2 hours orso a day just to keep the flow going, sure not everyone has time but hey if you want to this take your time to do this and learn what needs to be done. I at least can play everynight.
