This is like the 3d time I see the XF Anti-Phoenix tech done outside of casuals ever since it was discovered
I think some people are averse to using it because you end up wasting your XF completely if your opponent anticipates it. It's still possible for the Phoenix player to break it, although they have to take the risk of letting the first TAC go through without trying to counter it.

I've tried using it on both FChamp and Roach King in the past and they'll actually do that.

did UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH never come out with a home release? Not even a fan-translated PC release?

:(

but it's been so long.... Maybe they will port Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late

pls ;_;

I see what you mean, but lack of usage overall is still a bit disheartening.
Zero Players do not do dash TAC attempts either (would make it even easier to deal with)
Phoenix teams should be almost a death sentence by this point

Generally, you're better off waiting until the third or fourth revision (at least) for a given French Bread game. It's for the best that the original UNIB was arcade-only.

Damn, I didn't even know you guys realized I was in there. I have to log out if I want to watch streams anonymously. It was definitely cool though, great matches, commentator was passionate lol.

Why? It wasn't like you being there changed a thing, only a couple of us knew who you were, remember Peru mostly has a very strong KOF tradition and there's also the language barrier. I don't even know if you were there to watch marvel/sf, I only noticed you were there at KOF finals. When I told the commentator to give shoutouts to Arturo Sanchez(a pretty common name around here), he assumed it was just a local friend of mine that he didn't know about, lol. There was also a big DOTA 2 bunch that didn't know the difference between kof and sf and was only watching the stream because they found the commentator hilarious.

Just wanted to append some descriptions to some of Tizoc's stuff that I had watched prior.

a-cho's BBCP ranbat featuring N-Otoko's Rachel, Galileo and Kikichiyo's Litchi's and more.

Of note in this a-cho set of casuals is that from around 25 minutes in or so is where N-Otoko perhaps the best Rachel player in BBCP (as well as 2nd place finisher at Arc Revo) enters and just starts winning for about 3 hours!

The usual 11 game exhibition set between N-Otoko's Rachel and Galileo's Litchi. These two were in the grand finals of Arc Revo Cup's BBCP tournament so it's very good play. It was a really close set.

a-cho casuals primarily featuring Izayoi vs Hazama for its entirety.

The top two links feature a recent tournament: P4UF x Cerberus 3on3. The bottom link is the casuals sets from the event. I finished watching it recently and there's some very entertaining play. The highlights for me include:
-Moke's Ahikiko doing work. In fact he starts off the first video.
-Waka's Naoto was very clean and there's one very funny Hamaon set up that worked for a big comeback! Starts off in the second video.
-Mokke's very lame Yosuke~
-The two Labyrs players in Tsukiakari (?) and Chitose were fun to watch as well.
-Yamashita's Kanji is also in the mix.

First link is a 11 game exhibition set between Akahoshi's Satsuki and solty/Luckystar's Nero. I don't think I've seen solty lose one of these yet. So dominating. The second link is casuals showing off a lot of Len and Roa play sprinkled with various other characters.

I had to re-watch this a few times to understand what happened. It wasn't really a setup, though if it was, it only works on stupid players like this Yukiko who decide to guard cancel Hamaon while he had 0 skulls.
