lol, NES Play Action Football. The one game I couldn't beat my brother's college roommate at when I was six :-)

I have a bunch of coins sitting here... I reckon I'll get the tote since they rarely put up anything digital I want and the physical rewards have been slim lately

Looks like I got 80 points for registering a retail copy of Pikmin 3. So with the post-play in a week or so, I'll get 90? Must have been some bonus stuff. Not that I'm complaining.
 
I'm still not sure if I want the CD or the posters, I think I'll just end up with the CD because I always feel bad using nice posters (and I'm not a poster guy).
 
Has anyone ever had the CN surveys scam them out of getting points for a game? I was doing the survey for registering a game (Tales of the Abyss) and when I hit enter after filling out the page loaded as an error and no coins were added to my account. Now it says the code has already been registered when I tried again.
 
So I decided to take advantage if the SMT4/FE:A deal and redeemed my code... Only to have the code refuse to work because it says my region settings are wrong.

My current region is set to Canada, by the way, though it was originally US. Can anyone help?

So you were given a US code, but you want a Canadian one? Someone else had a similar problem and got it resolved by contacting Nintendo.

That's probably what happened, thinking about it. I opened up the account originally with an address in Delaware and linked it to my 3DS, but I changed the 3DS region to Canada without doing the corresponding change to the CN account.

I'll email Nintendo customer support about it. Cheers!
 
Majora's Mask OST? AWWWWW SHIT. Too bad I just bought it n Amazon the other day.

I'm already almost at gold for next year. Platinum will be easy.

I've had this happen. The registration survey usually appears in your to-do list. It expires in 7 days though so you'll want to fill it out soon.
 
Quick question -- is Mario Golf muliplayer possible between two 3DSs? Can you even play downloaded GBC games against someone with a 3DS. Anyone know? Probably not I'm assuming.

Check your account for a To-Do survey for the game.

I'd imagine they're the same, since the setup is the same. However, does it matter? Did you memorize the locations of all the numbers in all the Sudoku puzzles in the original Brain Age or something? :P

They've only done it with single-screen multi-player NES games, so far. No multi-screen multi-player games, yet.

She played all the puzzles on the old Ds one over and over again. I am sure she will know if ita the same puzzle :P

It looks like it was pulled directly from the original Brain Age game, so it's probably safe to assume they're the same. That said, have you played many of the Sudoku games? It's not like a crossword puzzle where you remember the answers to 8-across and 9-down and go "Oh, I've done this one before." Can't see how anyone who played up into the Expert difficulty is going to remember the numeric locations on a 9x9 grid on the Beginner/Intermediate levels. Sudoku isn't about memorizing number locations. It's a numeric logic puzzle, and going through the logic to find the number locations is what's fun about it, at least to me. You go through so many possibilities on any given square on any given puzzle that trying to memorize any locations seems like a lot of wasted effort, again, to me.

If your question is if it's new puzzles, though, as said, the safe answer is 'no' even though I haven't done a side-by-side comparison of them to be sure. :)
 
Well, monthly rewards came and went with their typical whimper so I guess it's time for me to finally bite the bullet and pick Link's Awakening. Feels lame to waste the last Platinum prize I'll ever get on a Gold reward but if Nintendo's gonna continue to hide what the OST actually looks like I don't have much of a choice heh. Always wanted to try LA out though so this is probably for the best, I'm looking forward to playing.

I do and i do notice some puzzle that i played lol.....
I am sure my mum will since she played them a lot more then me . Oh well i will save my coins :D
 
A Wonderful 101 related reward to promote the release of the game would be bananas.

Anyone else have the classic Mario t-shirt? I have 790 coins and I was saving for the G&W but I see that's chronically sold out. The shirt looks cool - should I just get it, or hold out for something awesome?
 
I just entered a pin number for a 3DS that my cousin bought, since he isn't interested in Club Nintendo... but the coins didn't add up! Is there a problem with the site or am I screwed? Can you have two 3DS systems registered?

Not sure what that is, but there was some sort of contest for registering the DLC version within the first month or so. I got entered into it when I filled out the registration survey; I don't have this new one.
 
I'm probably going to pick Link's Awakening, but knowing that I'm getting a Gold prize when I'm Platinum feels shitty
