Thor 2 is pretty much done, it's just that England's stealing most of the production work for Hollywood blockbusters now. Some of Captain America was done in Manchester, Avengers 2 is being done in the UK as well.

I agree that it might hurt because not many outside of the comic culture knows about it, but since when did big sci-fi epics rely on female viewership to post big numbers? This is male territory through and through.
