It's too bland imoHaha, no. The original Kanto is still the most replayable. Good selection, awesome pacing, no excessive dialogue, no routes that drag down.

Have all the Mega evos been discovered?
I consider myself a Gen II/III guy first and foremost! And hey, the story has been basically a variation of "Evil Team try to control/capture legendary, shit goes down" since Gen III.You Gen I guys are too much lol.
The nostalgia is great, but it's been bested in story, Pokemon distribution, post game content, balance, etc, many times already.
The music is amazing, though. Still great after all these years.
Here's Talonflame's estimated Base Stats.
HP: 70
Attack: 80
Defense: 65-75
Sp. Attack: 80
Sp. Defense: 65-75
Speed: 130
BST: 490-510
A fast mixed attacker.
Regional DLC? That would be intriguing. Might be odd in game balancing
Most if those things are things that people generally don't care about on this topicYou Gen I guys are too much lol.

He'll no to pulling an Ash :/"Do you want to go to Hoenn?"
"Yes."
All your Pokemon are given to the professor to hold while you go through Hoenn, then you get access to them after beating the E4. That's how I'd do it anyway.

Togepi has finally been confirmed? Wonderful, hopefully it can be found really early. Aside from Black 1 I don't think I've played a Pokemon game since G/S/C where I haven't got or transferred over a Togepi/Togetic early on.Togepi / Togetic (supposedly already found and confirmed as a Fairy-type; still awaiting a Regional Dex number)
But Lanturn is awesome.Great...only Ampharos and Zapdos seem to have an actual movepool beyond T-Bolt, so this sucks. Oh well, I'll just give Gardevoir T-Bolt and ignore the Electric types.

LMAO @ the rose-tinted Kanto lovers.

Since we're talking about regions, I'll just say that for me, Unova was the most forgettable.
People are just saying their favorite region based on their favorite grn, I guess?
Kanto has become the standard (as in, can easily be passed up)
Johto is more like an add on
Hoenn as a region is okay, despite much of everything in it being forgettable
Sinnoh had variety, but that's about it
Unova us okay. It feels more grand and big in places but that deception if scale is about it
Maybe they all suck?
Hoenn was a beautiful region. Of course it had lots of water; it's an island!
Haha, no. The original Kanto is still the most replayable. Good selection, awesome pacing, no excessive dialogue, no routes that drag down.
Most of those are over the top for the sake of being over the top, and they muddle together in the end with their lack of making sense. Not to mention, the place was just annoying with its excess of water.Hoenn was my favorite, hardly forgettable. That shit had more variety in one route than most regions had in one half of the map. And you had places like the sunken ships, Mirage Island, and walled city in the middle of the ocean, a town made of floating logs and a town in a forest canopy, along with varied terrain, a volcano basin, a desert, etc. Lots of creative terrain and routes. Best gen map by far in my opinion.
Sinnoh had better geography and better environments what with the rain, snow, and other impediments. gtfo here with that shitty gen 1 nostalgia.
I believe Moonblast is 100 percent accurate, 95 power special attack with chance to lower enemy's Sp. Attk. Crazy stuff. What? Kanto and Sinnoh are both awful. It admittedly had its pacing issues and a minimal sprite palette due to the transition to GBA graphics but Hoenn was probably my favorite region. Tons of diversity.
The only thing that depresses me about Fairy Togekiss is that it doesn't get STAB on Tri Attack anymore. Do we know the full extent of the fairy movepool now and if there'll be some viable special attack moves for it?
Here's what isn't available in Pokemon X & Y as of right now...
Porygon
Porygon 2
Porygon-Z

Isn't GameFreak vocally against paid DLC?
Oh wow, Moonblast is to Hydreigon as Thunderbolt is to Gyarados. It's the Fairy (Ice Beam/TBolt/Flamethrower)
Poor Hydreigon![]()
Here's the move that will probably be Togekiss' bread-and-butter:

Their statements have been contradictory. At E3, they said that they were exploring the possibilities, but had nothing to announce. However, in another recent interview with a site called Pocketgamer, when asked about going in the micro-transaction or free-to-play routes with the series, Masuda said they wouldn't have DLC as long as he was the director.
I think Umbreon is more related to night in general, not just the moon.So Sylveon and Umbreon are both related to the moon?
It's the Fairy (Ice Beam/TBolt/Flamethrower)

Not until pokebank launches.Wait, so you can't currently do any kind of transfer from B/W/B2/W2 to XY even if you have the games on hand?
lost in translation and stuff
They'd still do stuff like events/location promotion like they always do, but I hope more wifi.
