Question about EVs. I am super training Pokemon right now but when I got to check out their stats in the summary page, they haven't changed at all?

EVs are more of a roadmap than a lumpsum bonus. At best, you'll have one of the stats bump a few when maxing out EVs without leveling involved. Once you level and see the "+3" s, you'll know the stuff is working.
The nice thing about EV training is that you can tackle it whenever and it doesn't really make a difference either way. Just so long as you take care of it at some point. The nice part about doing it early is that you don't have to worry about EV gains in stats you don't want due to battling. That necessitates a Reset bag and sometimes those can be stubborn in showing themselves. If you max out your EVs early, it doesn't matter who you fight going forward.I have a question. At what level should I start aggressively using Super Training to train my Pokemon in EV's? Is it the sooner the better, or whenever?
Just the one overall meter but a trick you can abuse is to get a Reset bag, save your game, use the Reset bag, see how the EV decreases fully break down across all stats once it's applied and then soft reset to get back to where you were before the Reset bag was used.I've luckily been making note of how many points I've been adding through Super Training, but is there anywhere in the game that specifically lists EVs? Or just that meter on the right that is a lump sum of your total EV training progress?

I've been doing it immediately as soon as I add a Pokemon to my regular team rotation but the reality is that it's completely unnecessary for single-player. Multi-player is where EV training will bear fruit and even that will only apply for the first couple months when everyone will bring over their RNG abused perfect 31 IV Pokemon over from prior gens that will decimate anything you could possibly have on hand right now.
I thought it was supposed to be cringe-worthy on her part- she's a 4th/5th grader....at most.Just reached the pokéflute part and that moment when the main character and Serena are talking on the balcony with the fireworks... my god, was that dialogue cringe-worthy. :lol

You can do that for exact numbers. Otherwise, the polygonal graph on the main Super Training screen will give you a rough indicator of how your EVs map out.
You need to ignore your actual Pokemon's stats when processing how EVs work. If you've maxed out EVs in a stat category, you will see +2/+3 increases every level up but this is wholly dependent on your Pokemon. EVs allow them to reach their full potential in a stat but they don't directly impact the number on a 1-to-1 basis.I still don't even see where my total EV stats are located. When I go to my base stats they are not directly represented there. According to my notes, which could be a little off, I've roughly trained 216 Special Attack EVs and 228 Speed EVs so far. The Speed and Special Attack stats for my Alakazam are both 79 and 66 right now in the summary page.

As for the EV math, you'll get that when you apply a Reset bag (as I noted above). You can also have the piece of mind that once you max out a stat category at 252, any super training you do above and beyond that number will no longer apply.
Does anyone know what Sycamore means by the "secret treasure" he left in Couriway Town?
Pretty much.So 252 is the max it will allow me to do in 1 stat? so just keep maxing out one until it doesn't do it anymore basically, then move on to the next, and I should be good to go?
It's in the town after the 6th gym.Hey can someone tell me when you can delete HMs? I just got mega evolving. How far away am I from the move deleter? I taught my Machoke Strength and now I can't trade to make him a Machamp![]()
Caught Xerneas with my first ultra ball on my first try. I swear that was the fastest I've ever caught a legendary.
You're not the only ones. I caught Xerneas with my first PokeballYveltal. Yellow health. 2 Pokeballs ~_~.
I think the Lucario you get in the story is rigged to always be able to outspeed his opponent (otherwise the fight would be unwinnable). I noticed the 31 Speed IV myself and had someone else look at the IV as well and he got maxed speed as well.Damn, the Lucario I got has pretty good IV's. 25 in atk and sp atk and 31 in Speed. Will make use of this in post-game.

Hey, anyone knows the rivals final team? My starter is Chespin, and I don't like it if I pick a Pokemon that my rival had in their team![]()
It also took me 2 Ultra balls. But damnZygarde wasted 30 Ultra balls. Not even Mewtwo was that annoying.

I kept resetting my game after 20 or so.
Then I got him in like 3.
I've found the catch rates in general to be a lot lower in this game than in the past. Like, no matter how low any mon's hp is, if he is not sleepimg or paralyzed he's going to break out of the first couple balls. The evee I caught last night took like a dozen great balls.
So what exactly is the deal with the Lost Hotel? I went in there when passing by, but I wasn't "cool enough" or something to meet their boss. Anyone know what's up?
Question: Why are people bothering to use Ultra Balls on Zygarde? Isn't he in a cave, making Duskballs 2x better?
Serebii said:The backpacker who talks about another region in the hotels you visit gave me this item - this was on the fourth day I found and spoke to him.
There was also a maid outside who hinted that you maybe shouldn't sell the item or throw it away, so it'll obviously be of use at some point in the future. The backpacker also states that the region he's talking about is not any of the previous five.
I honestly never checked if a people can be better than an Ultra ball (except you know Master ball).

Yep, Serebii got you covered. Pay attention to spoilers though.
Oh boy one of my Bagon has relatively superior potential in regards to IVs.

Oh, cool. That's... less exciting than I was expecting, but whatever, haha.
Also, what exactly is up with the Pokeradar in this game? I've been getting a surprising number of "now is not the time" messages while using it in grass, and only ever got it to actually work once. Has anyone managed to figure out if it works for chaining like in gen IV yet?
Edit: Also, anyone find a particularly good place for getting money yet? It's surprisingly actually important in this game.

Don't use rollerblades when using Radar. Use the DPad. Using rollerblades prompts the message you're getting.
