Anyone else unable to use the HTML5 audio?

I've tried Safari and Chrome, and the lab setting changes nothing...

Flash rips through my battery

I'm guessing you're using an iPhone? Just buy one of the apps. I've found Cloud Play to run the best, but gMusic looks nicer.

anyone have problems adding music from the store to their library with all access? I don't even see the link anymore to add to my library

I dont recall ever seeing a link on the PC web store for adding to library. Via the play store mobile app though it has that "Play in All Access" link or whatever:

That's through the Play Store not Play Music.

Edit: working for me, gcubed. Are you trying to do it through the app or the site?

But he said Store to music. If he meant from the music app though, then yeah I still see the option there.

yeah i guess i was getting things confused and i normally did it on the store on the phone. It works through the music site on the web. Todays been a rough day

"They're also working on a version optimized for the iPad"

Damn, was hoping the ipad version would out at the same time as the iphone one. Glad it's finally out though, I've used it daily since it released.

Looks awesome on my iPhone 5. Very similar to on my Nexus 7. It's about time. I've only been subscribing for what, 4 months or since it came out before I got this.

Now that the iOS app is finally up, went to my Mac to upload my library, and...

Well, let's just say I'm very disappointed. Google Play Music doesn't match ANYTHING. My internet uploads stuff at fucking 30 kilobytes a second. No, thanks.

Yeah I mean they upload everything to the cloud... it's not like iTunes Match

For once I have fast internet. Thank God. Uploaded 6000 songs in a few hours.

Google Music seems to be having a partial outage as some tracks are not available anymore at the moment.

Is there any dashboard for Google music the way there is for google apps?

Edit: Also, no love for iOS 6 ?

It matches popular stuff for me, but a lot of it goes unmatched... Nowhere near as good as iTunes. It's compounded by the fact that there is no way of knowing if things are matched (besides bring in your library instantly)

However, the HTML5 lab has been broken for weeks now. No matter what settings I use, it always loads with flash, which destroys my battery.

Anyone using the HTML5 lab right now?

Please help me. I got sick of having shitty low res album art and inconsistent track naming in my Google Play Music App on my Nexus 5 so I went in and erased my entire uploaded music collection and replaced the entire thing with the same music from All Access. The only problem is that now I still have the same old shitty album art for some of my albums and not the art from All Access. How can I fix this?

EDIT: went to App Info and cleared all data and all is good

Started the trial shortly before christmas (finally this is available in Germany) and I'm LOVING it! It's Pandora quality of "play stuff relevant to your interests" and the instant download of fucking everything is amazing.

Question though, what happens to my downloaded albums if i'm no longer on All Access contract? Will they disappear from my phone or will they just not be playable?

I would assume that if you download something that's not uploaded from your physical library, that if your All Access subscription lapses, that you wouldn't be able to listen to pinned albums. I don't plan on finding out, I love this service. Great for trips.

Can you pin (download) songs on the iOS app? Too many dead zones in my AT&T coverage.

Yes.

I just signed up for this service a few days ago. It is awesome. I've been doing pandora for the past few years and this has that plus the ability to just listen to whatever I want, then download it.

The 30 days free is probably what is going to convince me to keep paying for it. I know spotify is basically the same thing, but I like that it is tied into google.

Have they upgraded the Android app to allow you to save downloaded music to your phone's micro SD card? That's the one thing that really is keeping me from recommending this service to people. I can't stream constantly, so I really need to download music in my library to my phone. But my phone has a limited memory and I can't fill it up with music. But the app doesn't let me choose where to save downloaded music. Is there a third party app that will let me move the music to my micro SD card?

They added the option to do that, but I believe it's only there for KK + phones.

Thank you - I never even knew this was available since early December.
(And, thank you, Based Google God!)

So stupid question, do I need to redownload all my music, or will it automatically move everything over to external - edit: it doesn't move everything over automatically - you need to "unpin" all your downloaded music, and then re-download it.

Despite thinking that people that wear Google Glass look like douches, I'm tempted....

I really wish Shuffle would work. I always have to press it multiple times for it to actually Shuffle.

Shuffle only shuffles the songs below your current song playing in the queue. It frustrates me so much. I can kinda understand the thought behind it (they want to keep you "back" path consistent), but I'd gladly give that up for real shuffle...just reorder my entire play queue every time I hit shuffle!

I'd really like to try this but I have a hard time wrapping my head around paying £9.99 a month for it.

Can some one put this into perspective for me?
