So I have to max EV's and Timid to beat Kangaskhan for certain. Then that only leaves 252 for defensive EV's.

Safeguard wouldn't protect you from Fake Out though.

Breeding a 3 IV Torchic and a 4 IV Ditto, and I was lucky enough to get a 31/31/31/x/31/31 offspring! ... with Blaze. :\ Should still be a good father for when a female Torchic with Speed Boost comes along in maybe 50 - 100 eggs.
