When did you preorder?
I haven't had my processing mail yet but I have had the ticket on my account telling about the payment process

Tempted to get a blue-DS4 too but I doubt I'd use two controllers anytime soon.
Still guaranteed for launch then, have you had the ticket telling you about the payment process?

You should have had an e-mail months ago guaranteeing it for the 29th, those are just payment processes in order of pre-order date

I guess I'll get mine fairly late then, I called them the day I ordered it to ask if it would be day one, they said yes but after today (taking money accidentally) and their fiasco with the mega bundle, part of me doubts that I'll get it.
I'm pretty addicted to LoL right now so maybe that will keep me tied over until around Christmas however.
I don't think it will.

Woah.. I had a bit of a fright as my order from thehut said the expected delivery date was 31/12/13. After firing them a quick message they told me I should be getting it release day. Phew.
Thanks for the hint, but I guess I won't be as lucky as him.
In the meantime their customer service rep already replied. They will refund my full shipping costs and import fees. They cannot send a replacement unit since they don't have any in stock.
So at least I will only suffer emotionally but not financially
That's nice of them. Too bad that it didn't work. I'm glad the one I got today is working, so far at least. Survived 1.50 update and played Knack for two hours.
Seems like the store isn't online in Europe yet, couldn't access anything with my EU account so no Resogun for me right now.

Only the first few pre-orders are offered the KZ Mega Bundle.
No no, I just have the KZ bundle, I wish I had the mega-bundle however.
I was just nearly using their confusion over the allocation as a reason for me doubting getting the console on launch day.
Maybe I should calm down and try and wait it out but with all my American friends having it early it's hard to not be incredibly jealous.

Shopto confirmed my Mega Bundle and NFS Rivals today - now all I need to do is make sure I can have the day off work! :/

My mate also ordered from Shopto but hasn't had his confirmation so far (ordered in August), so don't panic anyone who hasn't heard yet. I ordered mine on February 21st and only heard today.

If they just give the receipt, it should be okay. Might need the details of the other person's reward card though and I don't believe you can transfer it over to your card (nor will you be able to use your reward card to take points off, AFAIK).
The only other (probably obvious) thing to remember is that you would have to go to the specific store it was pre-ordered from.

Anyone who's bought from Shopto had their PS4 games ship already? I bought one to go with my PS4 and they sent my a picture of it leaving their depot so I guess it should be with me any time in the next few days.

Take my advice, cancel your preorder and go with a retailer. Mighty Ape will take forever to send you the console.

I did warn people about importing. I really don't get it.
It's a two week wait not a five month like it used to be. Why risk that? Now having the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a new one. All that isn't worth it.

What game was it? If its COD it's already been released over here
It really just the question of whether ~$100 extra is worth the hassle/risk. For me, it's worth it. It's the price of 2 full priced game after all.

Whyever did you use scan? They are a PC based company lol.
Shopto have taken the 350 duckets outta my account, kinda strange they didn't take the £25 delivery charge out as well
