Persona 4: Dancing All Night announced for Vita

Nope, she doesn't.

Good observation though. I hadn't realised Rise had one.

Eh? I'm confused. The shading is different, but the actual art is pretty close to his art in P3P, just with more vibrant colours.

Yes, it's much closer to the character portraits, but as you said, the shading is different and seeing a 3D model is quite different from a 2D portrait.

Cool. Now that Korra is over (was really disappointed in it tbh :( I'll rock my second favorite obsession, Persona).

Not sure if this works as an avatar though (just because the size lol). Also, so much neon pink.

They are the same people that learned how to play instruments coordinated in one day and half. Of course he would be naturally awesome at it!
But it feels so comfortable that Rise will go "SENPAI! I need you to become a professional dancer!"

> Sure, I'll use the boy band moves I learned that book
Why don't you and Nanako do it instead
...

Then after the credits of the game, S-LINK LEVEL UP! RANK 3!

Yeeeeeah, it's early days, but I'm gonna go ahead and call a mix of mind-control shenanigans and a retread of P4As plot for the story.

Right, it might be significant that Kanami doesn't have one, if the whole game is her equivalent of a P4 dungeon.

That would also justify the characters dressing up and dancing. It works fine for Rise and Narukami, but Chie and Kanji? And potentially Naoto?

You might just be onto something, Ron!

I'm a real detective, Dan! /naoto

But seriously, I'm not even sure this is entirely in character for Rise. The cassette tape and the floral skirt are pretty big giveaways that Soejima went with an 80s look for that outfit.

Also the game is called Dancing All Night and one of my favorite songs (completely un-ironically) is "All Night Long"; a very dance-y, disco-esque track from 1983 by the the Mary Jane Girls.

So trust me - I'm an expert!

It would be weird if they didn't justify it, right?

Also, on the leaflet in the OP, the screenshot in the bottom left corner looks like it could be a story scene, so maybe there is a story mode?

EDIT: I've just realised that the pattern on Rise's skirt is a pink version of the Yasogami pattern. Kind of cool, I guess?

Yeah, it'd be weird and unlike them. At a cursory glance this stuff annoys some people, but if you look ah Arena, Arena 2 and Marie in Golden, all that stuff follows the established rules of the canon. So, I do expect justification.

My assumption is there's story segments, yes.

Cool fan service!

I wasn't sure about this at first but the idea has grown on me. I've never got into that Miku stuff, but having characters I am familiar with makes it appealing.

That's exactly how I'm feeling about it now. And probably what Atlus wants us to feel too.

When I watched the trailer for this I couldn't stop laughing. Something about Narukami's dancing especially struck me as hilarious. But then when I saw Kanji on the list I realized that I would probably buy this game.

So why is Yu's hair gray again? And why was this never questioned in the game like it's a normal thing or something for a high schooler? lol

I hope they integrate some of the Lotus Juice tracks released for the anime into this game. I need to be able to groove to both The Sky's the Limit & Key Plus Words.

I was watching the trailer again and paying attention on the gameplay part, I wonder if the game will be fun to play. There isn't a clear marking on the timing part, looks like PDF, but with the metronome thing of DJMAX Techinika?
