I've made 154 Steam Card listings this year and it seems that there is a 200 limit for U.S. citizens. I had to fill in a form, as I'm not a U.S. citizen, this limitation does not apply to me (I think). After I filled in everything, the message is still there.

This. How come they don't have a little crowd just to applause the guests. The show is so bad, the jokes, the silences, the twitter questions.. It's like GTTV but without any edits making it even more unwatchable.

Sadly, they're probably high-fiving each other at how down-to-earth and for-the-gamer their show is.
