Maybe so, but does Beyonce's music? Does Lorde's? Talent is pretty difficult to quantify, and is very subjective. Fans of Miley would call her much more talented than the other two musicians I mentioned.

Kevin Smith is fond of saying that Miley's act is what a teenager thinks is sexy and edgy. I think he's totally on the money with that. If you look at what she does and think it's having some sort of impact on culture then you probably think she's hot. If you just go "...okay, have fun with all that" then you probably think she's a kid with something to prove.

I don't think that's true at all. Miley is probably just going through a carefully planned rebellious stage. In a few years she'll have a more serious image to go along with a more serious album.

well people can like whatever they want. Just my observation of her. I do not find this kind of girl attractive at all. She was much better with longer hair and some meat on the body.
