in the comics isn't it shown that the persons leg they cut off and ate was tainted? Or am I remembering it wrong? Been a longtime since I read it.

Comic Spoilers just in case:
Yes, Bob will laugh at them next episode and tell the Hunters they are all walkers now.

Tyreese isn't the only one to blame for sure. But if anyone else in the group saw what hat-guy was trying to pull, he wouldn't be alive.

The group didn't want to go back to finish them off because they just wanted to escape with their lives. But Rick definitely had the right idea. He should have said "Do you want another Governor? We let him get away and he came back with a new army and a tank, rolled through our home, and killed our people."

This show gives some great memories. It's unreal they had a tank back then.

It'd be great if they did some sort of pun.
"Guess what? You're Terminal. Get it? Because you're the guys from Terminus and you're all going to die. Okay nevermind."
At this point that's not above the show with that B level horror shlock at the end of the last episode.

So who marked the tree?

My guess is Rick is marking the trees and maybe different markings mean different things. For example, when we seen Morgan, the mark was a full marking which probably mean we was here but we left now but when Bob got kidnapped, it was only a horizontal line which probably mean we still here in this area

I could have swore Bob was bitten. Why else would he walk out of the house and have a cry?

I didn't think Bob was bitten.

To me, it seemed like Bob just wanted to get away and let his emotions go. Throughout the whole episode they made it a point to show how Bob was this beaming light of positivity ... that everything was going to be OK.

I took him going into the woods and crying while everyone was celebrating as a way to let off that steam that was building inside him ...

I could be wrong, of course, but that's how I saw the whole thing ... I would think if he were bit, wouldn't someone have noticed during all that time between?

I didn't see the end coming poor Bob :(
Although I hate that those guys showed up again, last season when The Governor showed up I groaned because I hate them coming back for revenge it just seems really dumb.

I guess it is like Rick said though, you shouldn't ever let your guard down, Bob learned that lesson too late.

It would be amazing if removing the leg saved Bob while simultaneously killing the hunters. Or if eating cooked infected meat gave the hunters superpowers. There's no way this arc is ending within 3-4 episodes.

Shishka Bob got a raw deal. He and Sasha better get a proper goodbye. :(

Yes yes yes, they're doing it. Awesome. Liked the episode, grinned all the way through. Daryl and Carol going after Beth will take two episodes I guess. But everything else... awesome! Poor Bob, I liked him.

Comic spoilers!!! Do not READ!

- They nailed the Gabriel casting. He looks like a spineless coward and I can't wait for his reveal.

- And man, Fear the Hunters, yes! Can't wait to see what Gimple and the others are planning.

- Bob's motives for crying are still... not clear, but as a comic reader I just can't imagine another reason but being emotional because of being bitten. This episode followed the comic closely, so Bob got bitten. He'll replace Dale, they'll eat his other leg too and he'll say "You're eating tainted meat!" Can't wait to see Gareth's shocked face. Here's hoping they throw Bob back to Rick and the gang and the Hunters trying to bluff their way out against them. Oh man, the "thangs" that Rick will so to 'em...

- Wonder if Gareth will plead or reason for their lives? He doesn't seem like the type, unlike Chris in the comic. I still remember him crying when he mentioned that bears eat their young so they can survive. Oh man, the shock during that piece of dialog.... damn.

Rick will not be cool with that. He's way of the edge by now.

Did anyone talk about how Gareth seemed to know Bob? He calls him by name in the last episode and mentions how eating him was some kind of cosmic justice. It didn't sound like he was referring to the last attack on Terminus. Am I overthinking it?

I really want to know what happens to Bob.

Is this going to be stretched out across multiple episodes or are we going to conclude this in the next episode? What do you guys think?

Bob was suckered into the Terminus trap like everyone else (besides Rick's group), so they must have went through introductions while eating tasty barbecue.

This season is off to a muuuuuch stronger start, I feel. Seems to always be at its best when the group is on the move and encountering new things/people.

Now this was a good episode. Gareth is a cool bad guy but I can't wait to COMIC SPOILERS
see his face when Bob goes TAINTED MEAT! TAINTED MEAT! That will be awesome. I also hope they follow Rick's actions just like in the comics, that's gonna be sweet.

Question, is the guy that eats the quad bbq supposed to be the guy that tyresse beat up?

Of is the guy that tyresse beat up supposed to be in that quick flash while bob is waking up?

Even though I knew the Terminus guys were cannibals the way that last scene was shot still kind of took me by surprise when it pans out and you see Bob's leg.

They've done a good job this season and it's been fairly fast paced with good action and yet they're keeping story pieces going and leaving pieces out there to intrigue you.

It's hard to get a read on the priest part. Why would people scratch deep into wood around a window. If you wanted in, you'd think it'd be a better shot trying to break down the doors. The car speeding away with a cross on it is another little herring that could signal he's involved.

Was Bob a former member of Terminus? Just the way Garreth talked.. we know Bob was with another group before.

Bob got out to look at the flowers.

He'll think of Judith and go all apeshit.

Well, I suppose people scratching into the wood of the church could be travelers who needed refuge; maybe the people who left those marks didn't have any supplies with them, so they couldn't storm the church. He was to much of a coward to let them in. That's why they carved "you'll burn for this. He didn't help anyone, his real sin.

And nah, Garret was just very casual in his approach to Bob. He just talked to him the way he did bcause he could. He doesn't care what their prey tells 'em, he has a story, a motive, so he shares.

After the last few piss poor seasons I have to say I'm quite surprised at how much I'm enjoying and now looking forward to TWD. Everything about the show seems different. Is there a new show runner? I mean, the music, dialogue, scene pacing, all seem vastly superior to what we've had to endure the last few seasons. .
Gimple spent last season digging the show out of the hole Mazzara left it in and is now doing his thang.

Bob stuff

First, Gareth was talking to Bob and called him by his name in the first episode when they we're about to be slaughtered, so it is not surprising he was talking to him the same way at the end of this episode. I'm pretty sure it is just a case of him knowing Bob from when they first got to terminus and nothing deeper.

I think Bob is bit due to two things. First was the obviousness of the scene in the water. It wasn't filmed like just a "close call". Second is the whole game Bob and Sasha were playing, where she'd say something terrible and he'd put a positive spin on it. "So you got attacked by cannibals and they are eating your leg" "Yeah but..."
