The trailer is pretty good, but still it's a trailer so I'll not commit to the hype yet.
Anyway, good to see Morgan is staying around, could lead to some cool situations
. And I hope (comic spoiler)
Negan shows up, wonder how they're gonna use him in the show.

make sure the pudding isn't too soggy but that just ruins everything
Looks like your average disaster movie, which is probably why they skipped focusing a lot on this day-0 stuff in the comic and original tv show.

They straight up lifted some scene from other movies. The church stuff is pretty shameless 28 Days Later, and the scene where the motorcycle cop clips their vehicle is hilariously lifted from World War Z.

This looks pretty damn bad imo... and I like TWD. So I'm not just someone who wants to complain about stuff, but I had some legit eyerolls during that trailer.

So, since Alanna Masterson is pregnant, what are they going to do with Tara this season?

Apparently the actress for Sasha was pregnant for season 5 and gave birth back in Jan 15 so being pregnant doesn't always means getting killed off.

Yeah, they had her in that big shirt (sniffle) and if you look closely, sometimes you can tell, but they did a good job covering it up, and she said she was lucky that she didn't get that big during filming, which made it easier.

Somehow I just watched the walked dead s6 trailer looks good! Looks like there trying to put Morgan against Rick. But knowing this show I'm gonna say it might just be trailer trickery

There's going to be a brand new episode of Talking Dead tonight starting at 8:00, leading into Fear the Walking Dead. It's a season 6 preview special.

Watching this now.

LOL @ Lennie James talking about practicing his moves with the bo staff off set.

"When I'm grocery shopping and walking around people in public, I'm constantly thinking about different ways to break their heads while they're picking up veggies and buying beer."

The show is quietly casting a Season 6 role that sounds a lot like
Negan. The breakdown describes “Rich” as a fiftysomething narcissist who has an angry streak, a “Senator-like charm” and the charisma of a car salesman.

If that is who they think it is, then
it sounds like they've 'Governored' the character to make him more realistic, becoming a more jekyll/hyde type alternating between charming and violent outbursts. Makes sense given his defining characteristic isn't possible on AMC.

Too bad AMC doesn't allow that kind of language. I'd rather have that
they change his character a bit and avoid stuff like 'They're messing with the wrong people'.

Sounds like something they'll save for the S6 finale.
Just have to fill time for 15 episodes until we get there.

That said, folks in the TWD spoiling community believe that particular casting call - for Episode 11, incidentally - is actually for

.

In the meantime, here is some reading material that will semi-spoil what's planned for the premiere...

Finally finished watched S5. This show is definitely better watched binged than week-after-week and not having to put with the bullshit. That said...Part 1 was just ridiciously awful. The Terminus plot that was build up for all of Part 2...lasted three episodes. Beth being kidnapped only to die, seemed rather pointless, but I will give them props for not making me think it would happen. This also led to Noah joining the group just to die as well. I feel bad for Sasha losing her lover Bob to people who wanted to make some Bob-a-que out of him, as well as her brother. Everyone remember her brother? The guy they spent a whole episode showing him die?

That was the low point of Part 2 for me, with the van going over the interstate being the low point of Part 1. This reminds me of Carol who has gone from the badass she was into a person that's kind of psychotic. There's not really whole much to say about Part 2, besides it being adequate and enjoyable. I hope Part 1 of S6 doesn't disappoint.

Can't wait, although I'm liking Fear more than this main show. Mostly cause its before shit hit the fan, and its going down in an actual city.

The wait in between seasons could be much worse. Netflix shows or those 10 episode shows that air in one block instead of two 8 episode blocks separated by a couple of months in between
The spin off is scratching that itch a bit too
