For arguments sake if Elliott does have buyer's remorse is it possible to revert back yet again to a woman. I don't know much about either procedure but to me it seems it would be easier than a man who transitioned to a woman since all your external stuff is sliced and diced off whereas a born woman would still have all her internal components or are those removed when transitioning?

Top surgery can be done on a detransition, but the mutilation look will remain. No, on the bottom surgery, too many complications and risks. On a woman they remove the vagina walls, ovaries, etc. It will be all gone and will never be able to be a regular person again.

There aren’t a lot of studies out there yet, as it is early on with detransitioners coming out. You can find a few on JSTOR.org. I used the site for our APA papers in college and it has just about every medical journal, economics, just a plethora of information.

I don’t believe you even have to have a college log on anymore and can log in just using your google. Hope this helps.

When Reddit used to have gender critical there were a lot of long term care and hospice nurses who were talking about how patients were crazy to calm down because their brains eventually course correct and they'd fight about who mutilated their bodies. Yeah, the female -> male transition would be much harder than the reverse. I don't mean biologically, I mean socially. Young attractive female, you've got it made. Young, short physically unappealing guy, not so much.

I think what you're forgetting is that they're not a naturally born male. Probably has more privileges as a result; get coddled, haters get dogpiled, etc.

I dunno... maybe I'm reading too much into it, but this reads like he is going to star in the TV too:

They only talent of Elliot they know is his acting chops. So, I'm interpreting this to mean he expects to star in it too as well as produce.
