Ill join Legler in saying that tonight's game might be the most important game this regular Season for the Heat.

It will either bring this team together to were they will really start to flurish, or it might create a rift in the team.

I guess the winning makes everyone turn a deaf ear. Before Lebron the biggest "star" in this town as I was growing up was Bernie Kosar. I bet 80% of the people in this thread never even heard of him. Lebron was the hometown kid that was going to lead Cleveland out of sports misery so anything negative about our savior was blown off. What can I really say? All you haters knew what he was about, but winning 60 plus games and having a shot at a title each year made us Clevelanders oblivious. Its sad to think that if Lebron actually "cared" as much as someone like Mo Williams the Cavs would be going for a 3 peat now. Fuck Lebron, I hope tomorrow is the worst day of his life.
Saw this late but had to quote.

TOLD YOU FUCKING SO BITCH!!!

Unlike other posters I am not above rubbing it in your face.

People need to understand that's not going to happen. Their problem isn't just chemistry. They lack fundamental needs that makes a team great.

Beating up on a shitty team in an emotion win is not going to patch up the fundamental problems.

LOL. Knicks are better off without that scum. He's a cancer. A wart. A disease. Doesn't want to work, doesn't want to be coached, doesn't want to show an ounce of humility. doesn't want to be the bad guy and sure as hell doesn't know how to be the leader of any team. The Heat bet it all on black and in return they receive a player who although has the most potential of any player in history; lacks the desire, determination, and sheer will that it takes to actually do what matters most: win.

Hunter is the biggest joke poster on GAF :lol

Not just here. But in the 2k11 league too!

Yeah but if the reverse happens (they lose) the meltdown would be glorious.

You're like 2 games above the knicks so keep your mouth shut. Your team isn't elite either so back down and go eat a dick chump.

I was upset, definitely.

And then I got over it, because we didn't strike out in FA like other teams with blueprints for greatness did.

And then I watched us play basketball the first month, and am pretty encouraged with what we might be able to start doing over the next year or three.

And now I'm more excited about beating Two and a Half Men on 12/17 than I've ever been. It was fun to want Lebron. It's even more fun to win and maybe build out of the ten-year Knicks malaise without him.

Only time will tell I guess.... Guess we can revisit this comment after December and see who was right.

we're only 2 games above the knicks because it's not possible to be 20 games above the knicks yet

last year's heat team finished 18 games above :lol :lol :lol :lol

Or is it because any team with a winning record gets in that MEami butt with no lube all day? I think that's the reason. Better beg Ronnie to come out of retirement because you fools need help.

Well hey this is an accomplishment for you: it's December and you're still talking shit. Usually this stops by November when the Knicks are pretty much eliminated.

December? From what I've seen the Heat schedule this month is a joke. Racking up wins in this month isn't indicative of anything.

Let's revisit these comments come April and May.

Dude, I wouldn't want LeBron on my team in his current form.

No way.

Now if he developed a killer instinct and a consistent jumper, I'd still take Durant over him, long-term.

So every single Lakers win doesn't count then?

The guy who went 40/10/10 in a playoff series lacks the desire, determination, and sheer will to win. LovingLebron :lol

Maybe the guy who has shot his team out of four straight games (and four straight losses) is the one who lacks the desire to win.

How dare you question a 5 time champion.

As long as they get into the playoffs, its all good. The Heat? LOL. The way they're playing, the playoffs look mighty good right about now.

The Lakers have had the third easiest schedule in the league (though not even close to the Knicks) and are only two games up on Miami? Wow.

Man, if only BigSiccily were in this thread then we could do a tag team but NOOOOOOOOOOO, ya had to go and hit me where it hurts.

surely this mothafucka isn't talking about Kobe and his fist full of rings.

surely.

Talk to me when you beat the Czz in a 7 game series.

thats funny, because who won last year? and whose gonna most likely be in the finals this year?

The Knicks SOS is below .400 :lol :lol :lol

Just checked the standings and you are only 1 game ahead of my knicks. I gave you guys too much credit.

I can't wait for Amare vs the mediocre 3. Bosh's head is going to become his sac seat because he's going to get teabagged. You MEami fans know this too.

You're right, the way they're playing right now, they'll make the playoffs.

Knicks have no hope or future. They are like the Raptors were in 08. I would be surprised if they finished with a better record than the Raptors did last year.

Good thing your team is new garbage. No young talent and no future in sight.

Please keep to writing 20000 words of nonsense and deepthroating garbage players like Barnes.

They count, but don't mean a whole lot individually. HCA is nice in the playoffs, but not a requirement.

I think the Heat are going to require HCA in order to advance.

And quite frankly, I don't think the Lakers have anything to prove to anyone. 3 finals in a row and 2 back to back rings? I think it's a lot more acceptable for us to have a lull period.

Being .500 (and fully healthy) with a SOS below .400 means you're one of the worst teams in the league. The Rockets, without their two best players, and with the third toughest schedule in the league are 3 games out of the 8th seed (thanks to an ass-beating of the Knicks on their court) :lol Again, who should we draft with your lottery pick?

Says the guy who has Amare "I was never taught defense" Stouadmire in his ass all the time.

I'd take Durant over anyone in the league. He has the most potential out of everyone.

But thats not what is hilarious. The exaggerated horrors of Lebron's cancer seeping into the water and poisoning all the innocent people of nba land! Oh the travesty! The monster! The heathen! Cast him down on the rocks and shatter his body so that he may no longer spread his infestation! WOE IS MEEEEE!!

Like watching teenage girls talk about the boys in school.

Lebron is a massively talented basketball player who also happens to have a massive ego that needs a strong coaching hand to control and mold.
If Kobe had any other coach other than Jackson, he would act the same exact way. There is no doubt there needs to be some changes in Miami land, but Lebron is far more an asset to his team than a negative, and saying otherwise is just plain fucking ridiculous.

Yeah, Miani, right...WE require HCA over the Czzz to win.

That's really all I care about.

Don't want to even imagine the prospect of having to win Game 6 or 7 (or both) in Beantown, should the Lakers get that far.
