Lakers......smh

That was just a nasty display and now you've just furthered fueled the Miami Hype machine.

The Heat have earned the right to talk all kinds of trash for the next few weeks.

At least ESPN got their Christmas present this year.

Heat win
Heat Dominate
LeBron triple-dub

We are in for one hell of a shit storm from them now. It's going to be unbearable.
At least Skip Bayless will still say the Heat suck

Lakers fans stfu about bandwagons. Just cry in your corner. I wanted to save my trolling for the All-Star Game, but every Laker fan bailed out of chat en masse. I should post the transcript it's embarrassing. They bailed from the 2nd quarter. :lol Don't worry. After this game, I'll leave the thread alone until ASB.

However, it needs to be pointed out how overrated the Lakers are, and how hilarious their fanbase is when they face even the slightest bit of adversity. Miami > LA. This shouldn't even be a question anymore. The question now is can we get by the Celts in order to face the Spurs or Mavs. PEACE.

What the fuck are you talking about? Honestly. You create these scenarios in your head. How hilarious their "fanbase" is? Based on what? Who cares? How the fuck does a fanbase face adversity? You are one sad motherfucker.

Doesn't LA usually lose when Kobe throws up more than 20 shots?

Yeah cos they win blowouts where he doesn't play the 4th. I know this though, they are competitive when Kobe is aggressive offensively. This was pathetic...

Regular season
December
etc.

I really have to admit I did not expect this type of beat down. I really want to see what happens in the rematch.

Really, Lakers fans shouldn't worry because it might not matter. Boston seems to have Miami's number so unless Orlando, Chicago, or Atlanta can take out the Celtics, Miami won't make it out of the East.

It's painfully obvious that Kobe is quite a ways past his prime.

Yeah, this game definitely proves that. A game where he got no calls and he was the only guy double-teamed on either team..

I have to give props to the Heat. They've somehow figured out a way to have maybe two of their big three come close to the type of numbers that you'd expect them to hit if they were leading their own teams, and Bosh is doing fairly well...all while having a decent enough flow offensively.

It's just unfortunate
notreally
that they have to go up against a near perfect basketball team in the Boston Celtics. A team that actually forces Wade to run around all day and Lebron to actually D up someone who can actually score the basketball. Not to mention ridiculous depth pretty much everywhere.

Lakers are in trouble if they face the Celtics in the finals...and without homecourt its a death sentence.

Bynum/Steve Blake for Kirk Hinrich/Javale McGee/Trevor Booker.

I expected it. Look at the types of teams that have beat Miami. They have great PG play and physical bigs. Lakers better pray they don't face the Heat if they do get past SA and Dallas. We are not equipped to beat this team..

:lol I knew this game would deliver for NBA-GAF no matter what.

Lakers looked pretty bad. Regular season, though. Still, getting blown out on Christmas day? Maybe I can find something to like about the Heat after all.

...until they do the same to the rox in a few days. :(.

It's becoming painfully clear though that if the Lakers want to continue this dynasty beyond next year we need another playmaker as Kobe can't do it on that end for a full season + playoffs anymore. Up the arms race and going after CP3 or Deron would be nice, but we don't have the pieces.

Overrated now and it's not even the playoffs?

Prepare to eat every single word later on.

I wouldn't put much stock in to the Celtic's early season wins. Hell, they were within 3 with 2 minutes to go in Boston.

We could start by benching Fisher. He is not a fucking starter...
