It's one thing to sit out a year to practice and develop. It's another thing to be sitting out a year to rehab and only be allowed to do basketball related activities after certain amount of months.

I'm thoroughly impressed at how good he is so quickly. I for sure thought it would take him a while to get into the flow of the NBA game, but he's looked naturally good out there on the court.

I don't think anyone is arguing the fact that he's the best player on the floor in a lot of arenas. Obviously the injury was a disadvantage, but you're severely underrating the ability to basically live with an NBA team for an entire season, have instant access to your million dollar rookie contract, listen and watch dozens if not hundreds of combined coaching sessions including in game adjustments, how to stop all-star pro PF's, being able to determine how your body should mature for the NBA game (you can still have an NBA class diet and work out certain muscle groups with all world trainers)...it's just quite a lot. Although playing time is the biggest chunk of pie when it comes to improvement, access to the above is the difference between pros and amateurs.

.you have to be trolled, hard and show you can deal with it before you can get such a prestigious award..
I'll accept the award retroactively, in that case.

I came at the height of the Cavs/LeBron trolling, and managed to integrate myself as a regular, without going LBJ Defense Force. You guys just hated the Cavs so much, that you ignored my substance.

Got jerked at the GAF Awards! Next year 100 N!&&AZ COMING WITH SWORDZ!!!!

Not everyone plays for Portland.

And many have access to all that and never develop shit. Many have access to similar resources at university and don't develop shit (see wall). It's a similar argument to giving it to a guy who played 3 years at college, vs a guy who only played 1. you're a rookie when you're a rookie.

Jesus christ survive the run and try to get out of the 1st quarter down 10 of less...
I don't get why you aren't trying to lengthen your possessions... taking quick shots (and missing them) is not the way to stop a run.

Quick shots when the defense isn't set isn't the problem. Knicks are taking quick shots when the defender IS set, aka need to pass to the open man.

Turiaf in? Good, but Knicks being outhustled, tough to ask the bench to keep them in the game.

Ilgauskaus one rebound away from having a double-double in the quarter. :lol

What happened to Landry Fields? Why is he not playing? ah, he's being made invisible. Gotcha.

Don’t worry, guys. I just saw on the sidelines... D'Antoni has a whole new defensive plan for the second quarter. Knicks got this...

:(

Cleveland needs to stay garbage so that Silas can keep the Sexball going in Charlotte.

Jesus, what's with this long, in-depth phone interview with the guy who won Ron's ring?

"Do you plan on donating to mental health charities now that you've won the raffle?"

"Right now my friends and my family and I are trying to enjoy this moment and not think too much about the future."

Shooting Too Many 3's
Lack Of Rebounding
CRAB DRIBBLE
Forced TOs
Redbulls

... Quest To Lose By 10 Or Less Continues...

EDIT: Fields goddamn, completely blew the rotation. Not a good half for the rook.
