A mediocre season for Yao is better then the best season Bynum or Oden will ever achieve.

Also, the 2011 FA list isn't that spectacular, particularly when it looks as if melo won't make it to then.

Lord the 2011 FA class is average, after melo the next best player is either Afflalo or Marc Gasol (i'd love for the suns to pick up marc for the record).

Really? :/The Crimson Blur said:Sharp has been here for a while. Not a rookie.
Sharps ok, but his gameday run down stuff is annoying.DY_nasty said:Sharp is RoTY

Squall's been around for a while, I thought. The Crimson Blur said:did you start posting before or after last season ended? I know you were posting in the playoffs, but that would leave you eligible for this years ROTY.
I love that...

And it's the last time the Wolves will have cap space before extensions to Love and Beasley kick in. smhDY_nasty said:This year's FA class is pretty weak...

Maybe some of Kevin Love's high bb IQ will rub off on JR SmithRodeo Clown said:And it's the last time the Wolves will have cap space before extensions to Love and Beasley kick in. smh

I've got odds Darko kills a bitch if JR is on his team.

And how does NBA Gaf feel about Griffin and roty? I tend to stand with Charles' stance. Obviously people will point to my avatar and claim that I am bias. Wall was close to Blake early on before the shit hit the fan and he started missing games like crazy, and clearly Griffin has been far and away the best rookie thus far and probably will end up that way...but should he really be given Roty?
It may seem like a minor thing, but having access to that money, professional trainers, being able to watch 82 games of basketball with the perspective of nba teammates, coaches, training staff...I don't know. It seems to be a heavy advantage over all current rookies.
I would prefer it if Blake was considered a sophmore in the rookie/sophmore game and made it into the all-star game.
Can't teach long and athletic. And look at the way he bombs 3s! Kahn's got the contract written out already.DY_nasty said:Maybe some of Kevin Love's high bb IQ will rub off on JR Smith

He's a rook. You can hate it as much as you want, but none of it counts as much as time on the court IN the NBA. So he's a rook.Dark FaZe said:I still have faith that Turner will eventually become a productive player...if not a good one.

DY_nasty said:Blake shouldn't win it... Chuck made a good point. When an NFL rookie QB sits out a year to develop and learn the game, he's not a true rookie when he takes the field in his second season. Just think how much better Wall would be if he got to sit down for a full year and actually learn how to play basketball.
But, Blake will win it. Because he bangs on heads. All de time.

More time than Wall and Turner...pilonv1 said:How much time did Blake have to work on his game last year though? When did he start drills again? Probably not until June/July at the earliest. That's hardly an extra year.
