I can't explain this insane level of execution that SA has...they execute like a machine!

It feels rather regular actually. He just doesn't do as much physical stuff. Tons of tape.

Plus he is known to do a bunch of coaching at the shootarounds before games.

It is shocking to me how well Leonard and Green have fit in, but I'm sure he gave them a ton of special attention. Blair, Tony, Manu, Bonner, and Timmy know the system perfectly, Neal and Splitter have a year under their belts, Diaw says that the French national team actually runs 80% Spurs stuff so he knows what hes doing, and JAX is very familiar with Pop. Only Mills, Leonard, and Green are truly new to the system. The beauty of the midseason acquisitions is that we didn't have to go through an adjustment process. They fit right in.
