I'd say that's debatable. One of the worst players on D on the team and his stupid ball hogging took away from getting the ball to players that were actually making shots or allowing anyone else to get into a consistent rhythm.

I mean it was a bad game all around but when so much emphasis was placed on Lin this was when Melo should of been shining. Instead we get 7 - 20.

To be fair, no one else in the starting lineup could create on their own.

Lin couldn't get into the paint. Factoring in his turnovers and the Heat's defense, he couldn't do anything to incorporate the team. Maybe he was spent? Who knows. Probably the spotlight and the fact he was playing against future soldiers.
