D'Antoni isn't great but he is also lost with his rotations. It was so fun seeing his system running perfectly for that 10 game stretch. Lin running P&Rs with Chandler was awesome. Now with Melo the spacing is fucked and the D is the worse than it's ever been this season.

Without question I think he is the problem right now. The team's defense and lack of effort at times is astounding. Yes, he has to deal with Amare and his laziness, and Melo being Melo, but the team just isn't competing.

When is D'Antoni going to get desperate? Stat should be riding the bench. The team is better when hes not on the floor.

Let's not forget that they were playing shitty teams (for the most part) during their magical stretch. I do agree that things just aren't the same with Stat and Melo. I think that one of them would be a positive to the team, but together, both of them are a negative. They just don't mesh well.

I'd rather have Melo than Stat. One has knees, a shot, and a good back.

The other one doesn't. Plus I don't get the Melo hate and I'm a big shit talker of my own team, but Melo isn't where I'd point my fingers, especially not when he's been averaging over 4 assists every game, and 2012 looks to be his highest year in assist.

When advertised as the best offensive player in the league, you should probably shoot better than 40%

The Magic would be willing to trade Dwight Howard to Chicago in exchange for Omer Asik, Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer and a valuable first-round pick from Charlotte, according to a report.

Chicago will not move forward with the trade scenario without assurances that Howard will sign a long-term deal with the Bulls, which he’s given no indication he’ll do.

If true, why the hell would Howard cock block this trade?

I'm just ready for this trade deadline to be over with. Portland isn't worthy of Saint Augustin, but I would like Crawford to come in and show Kemba how to properly not give a fuck. Utah needs to stop acting like a little bitches and just take DJ for their 1st already. They still got the Wolves pick, and its not like there any point guards worth taking this year.
How can anyone hate this kid?

takes all the shine away from LIL KYRIE

Because who would want to play the next half decade playing with a guy as exciting as this?

No, the Wolves own their (lottery protected) first. They could only trade the Golden State pick.

And if JR Smith was playing well Melo's people would be saying he gave the thumbs up.

Just doing anything to save his own ass while the ship is going down.

You guys care more about the knicks than the entirety of all of us in knicks-age combined, excluding syphon.

I don't blame pringles, jumping ship while he can still trick some college team to hire him. Even though he's a no effort, blackhole ball leech, can't even be mad at Melo, this is who he is, a number compiler with zero desire to win. Amare is a pile of limping compost and deserves the ire of all.

Sources said Milwaukee has made third-year point guard Brandon Jennings available "for the right price," as one executive who has spoken to the Bucks put it. Jennings, who was drafted 10th overall in 2009 and has been considered the team's future franchise player, irked Bucks officials with his comments to ESPN.com in early February about a possible departure.

I love the phrasing "right price," like Jennings is hugely valuable.

Hmmm. The starting 5 would be a great bit better but the perimeter D and bench would suffer. Then again, a team like the Heat plays alot around the basket and with Howard/Noah Post D would be stupid and rebounds would be almost guaranteed. Rose would still be the only shot creator though, and Dwight is worthless at late game offense.

IDK(shrugs)

Bench would be suffer, but it would give them significant strengths at the Heat's weaknesses.
