Damn you forgot to quote the part above where Nash took a jab at Kobe and Dwight:

Steve Nash said:
"We're not all committing to what they want us to do," Nash said. "We're half stuck in our own, old ways. We have to stop thinking about our pasts and ourselves."

somebody give nash a hug

Konex's hate on every single PG on earth is strange.

I guess his ideal team is something like this:
C: Konex
PF: Kobe
SF: Kobe
SG: Kobe
PG: Kobe

Yo, so who's MVP this year? Lebron right?

Edit: Saw this on realgm and thought it was nice for discussion:

I'd just like to throw my support behind one MVP candidate. So if you'll stay with me, let me propose the following for two "players:"

Player A: in 38.5 mpg, he collects 26.3 pts, 8.1 boards, 7.0 assists, 1.7 steals, 0.9 blocks whilst shooting 55% from the field, 40% from three, 73% from the stripe and commits 2.8 turnovers a game.

Player B: in 39.7 mpg, he collects 29.5 pts, 8.4 boards, 8.2 assists, 1.9 steals, 2.8 blocks whilst shooting 56% from the field, 41.7% from three, 91% from the stripe and commits 3.3 turnovers.

Despite the difference in blocks, I'm sure you will agree that player A and player B are pretty much identical stats-wise. As I'm sure you know, Player A is none other than your current (as of last Wednesday) MVP leader, LeBron James.

Player B, on the other hand, is the output you would receive if you took the leading statistical categories from the big three of the Oklahoma City Thunder. The minutes, points, 3-point percentage, free-throw percentage and turnovers are Kevin Durant's stats. The assists and steals are Russell Westbrook's and the rebounds, blocks and field goal percentage are Serge Ibaka's.*

It was. Dwight is a troll and an idiot. He'll most likely stay in LA though because of the pornstars.

Much better option than paying Bynum to nurse his bowling injury all year and have any discussion over whether or not to max him out.

Ask Knux if he'd rather have his current C rotation or swap dead bynum for gimpy Dwight with a chance to retain either choice.

all the more reason to take his talents to south beach

puts lebron's greatness in perspective. KD will get MVP this season since the Thunder will have the better record.

How is that AW'ing? I've been saying it all week, a home win vs OKC could be huge. Odds are against it happening but if they pull it out it could be a morale booster. Don't speak to me in that tone, I'd destroy you 1 on 1.

Lol, is this what things have come down to?

Would you layoff nash! Seriously, the guy is doing exactly what he was brought here to do without being an immature brat or a selfish self centered prick.

Umm..he turns it over way too much and he's not "making anyone better" as was alleged while he was stealing Kobe's MVP. Nash was a HUGE mistake

WRONG!
When Nash passes the ball to Kobe, the offense STOPS! I think teams are starting to catch on & are trapping Nash or putting pressure on one side so he will give up the ball to Kobe.

The ball then is no longer passed around, no one moves around & it's just Kobe waiting until he gets double or triple teamed & then taking a bad shot.

If Dwight was dominate offensively this wouldn't be a problem, but Dwight is still not 100% when in the low post.

Ok, I get it now. That's the real reason why you hate Nash so much.

I didn't like giving up the picks but I was pretty optimistic about the deal when I thought we'd re-sign Sessions. I have been sour since then and Nash has proved me right

Al Jefferson for Steve Nash.

Lakers get a big man who can actually postup this year.

Wait, Al would have to play with Kobe and Dwight, I wouldn't want to wish that on him...

I have an idea, how about Nash run the offense, and stop just dumping it off to Kobe for a clear out!!!!!!!

And that's coming form someone who is on Kobe's sack 24/7.

Dwight better man up too I'm sick of this shit. "Dwight gets it down low swings to the middle ohhhhhhhh he loses the ball" That shit is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pau I don't know what to say to you. I wish your knees still worked. :(

Antwan WTF happened to you? Jesus!

Mitch- You tried man. I have so much love and respect for you.
Jim Buss- You will never be what your father was, you are so incompetent it makes my boss look like a nuclear physicist.

Definitely agree here. Nash has given the ball up way too much to Kobe.

I was hoping for less Kobe isos by now.

He is Nash's only option, even on pick and rolls with Pau, he then dumps it to Kobe at the 3 Pt line, it doesn't make sense to me.

Too bad Kobe doesn't understand the word "passing" otherwise Kobe bailing out Nash would still kept the offense going & plays could still formulate instead of being Kobe's time to pad out his stats.

Guess who leads all SGs in assists....

I also heard Dwight gets more touches in the post than anyone else in the league other than one other player.

Just a broken team.

And it seems like Dwight really is a cancer. Not has cancer is a cancer.........(Garnette)

First of all those stats aren't really close

And while LeBron is clearly worlds apart as a playmaker than Durant, him always being in offensive systems with point guards who couldn't create if their lives depended on it help pump up those assists, not to mention not having anyone else on the team but him being able to grab a board to save their lives.

But Durants efficiency is something stupid. 50,40,90. You'd say anyone that puts that up is unguardable, but when you realize Durant is 6'10 it makes it even more ridiculous.

I'd peg Durant for the MVP right now because that's just some ridiculous shit offensively combined with a great record.
