The Dallas Mavericks are making a deal with Milwaukee for the 43rd pick to draft Providence guard Ricky Ledo, league source tells Y!

Where's that tweet from ninja about this dude?

Because, long defensive big men with average athleticism in college who are prone to foul trouble always pan out in the pros.

Withey never fouls. It's definitely not a lock that he's going to be a success but I don't see many differences between him and Len athletically and Withey is much better at basketball right now.

I was initially disappointed that we passed on McLemore and Noel but the more I think about it if the suns pass on Noel the knee injury was either too serious or too risky which I can understand, and McLemore didn't really give a shit during the try outs so fuck him. 7 footer with a post game and potential? I'll take it

now trade gortat for some picks

Love the Zeller pick.

If Noel is dead, then we didn't act like the desperate fucks of the league and fall over ourselves trying to get him. McLemore is a poor man's hurt Kittles and we didn't take Bennett. Len never even looked special either.

Zeller is one of the safest quality picks in the draft and who I wanted coming into season. I'm good and most bobcats fans should be too.

it's gonna be okay bro. we're here for you.

Alex Len blew all season, but I don't how much of that was Turgeon. Him and Adams must have traded notes all last season on how to be ineffective big men.

Lot a people seems to be shocked by this trade.

The 76ers just traded their one actually good young player for a guy with bum knees, a PG who might not even be as good as the guy they took in the second round and a first round pick next year.

DY repented for his trolling after The Cavs got the first pick earlier this year, he's obviously trying to be all nice and shit to snag Wiggins.

You're not fooling me.

Bill wants to get so tanked, oh lawd, I don't blame him. But I doubt many fans will feel much sympy for him, especially us loser-bros. Welcome to the club, Simmons!

And I think the return just makes it worse. He doesn't want Gerald fucking Wallace

Loser bros 4 life!!!!

Is this really what it's like BestGaf? We've always been a good franchise. I'm going to cry if we don't finally get a #1

Well they view it as 23 year all star PG.

But I mean making the all star team isn't the end all of becoming a great player. He looked good on a terrible team and even then he isn't a great shooter, decision making is questionable at times, and while he has tons of potential to grow he wasn't an untouchable asset.

Boo hoo. Julius Randle would be #1 in this draft, and he's probably going third next year.

Wow, I leave and come back to find the celtics-nets deal actually happened.

But the final two picks are only swaps, not actual picks? If true this is a good move for the Nets. Terrible for Boston. Paying Wallace 3/30 lololol.

Goddamn typo :(

Withey was the best player in college basketball last year. His defense was dominant beyond belief. People said Asik and Gasol and Hibbert were too slow to defend PnR in the NBA but they've developed into the best defenders in the NBA. Withey shot 80% at the rim as well which crushes the percentages Len and Noel had.

He's got like a 26" vert bro :(

I guess I shouldn't complain that Portland finally went for a defensive specialist big after watching Meyers and JJ for the whole year.

Let's see who The Lakers pick and never play, send to the D-League, bring back up due to injury problems, who will have a bunch of bad games and maybe 1 decent one and eventually will be left to disappear into the ether.

Glock, Darius Morris, Sacre, Ebank.....You have a lot to live up to ....whoever you are.

But he will have a nickname, that much is certain.

R.I.P. Bucks.

Time to ditch them for higher ground Redick.

He should ring chase in Miami. I'm assuming some of their 3 point chuckers will leave after this season, why not sign a player who isn't old as shit yet? I doubt Redick's family moved from Orlando anyway.

That's the same as Larry Sanders' vert and probably better than Hibbert's and Asik's.

He was seriously like Duncan on defense this year, I think he's going to be great.

Fuck it, let's draft Curry. He'll have better ankles than his brother, so we already won in that.

not like he's going to play anyways
