So Houston built assets, found a star in Harden and found an excellent role player in the draft with Parsons. Now they land Dwight and are about to get Smith. Easily a contender in the west.
Dallas philosophy- sign 1 year deals, ignore the draft, keep the powder dry and hope someone signs. Hopefully this wakes up Cuban/Donnie.
