Halo, Titanfall and Destiny are my most anticipated games.

I'm also going to pick up Below and Watch_Dogs in addition to either Forza 5 or DR3. Not sure about anything else at the moment.

2014 is going to be great, especially February. My most anticipated games: Professor Layton 6 and Dangan Ronpa are both coming out that month. So is Bravely Default. Final Fantasy XIII-3 and Tropical Freeze come out as well but I'm not in a rush to pick those up. It's all about the adventure games for me.

Outside of February I expect Smash 4 and Mario Kart to be fun. Also Bayonetta 2 and Titanfall. And I'm really excited for Dark Souls 2. Maybe we'll hear about a Monster Hunter 4 localization.

Seeing robust libraries begin to emerge for my Wii U and PS4 will definitely be the 2014 highlight.

Aside from Warlords of Draenor of course. Nothing grabs me by the balls for weeks and weeks like a new WoW expansion.

Need to see more of Shadow of the Beast and The Order to make a judgement. Also unsure of The Witness. Is No Man's Sky a 2014 game? I assume that would have to get delayed to 2015 anyway due to the size and ambition.


I love RPG's and the Witcher 3 looks amazing but I hated so much about Witcher 2 I found it nigh on unplayable. The map, the quest system, the lame main character (and supporting for that matter), the constant switching between weapons (having two swords like that looks dumb)... so I am holding off on the hype for this game until I see more of those sides I didn't like. Same with Dragon Age, I liked the first game but thought it was massively overrated, so am cautious until I see more.

Stuff like Destiny and The Division look amazing but all appeal dies when they focused purely on multiplayer and AFAIK make you pay for a full priced game.
